You mentioned music during the video; if someone is talking about their process I like to hear that. If there's just music I turn it off so I can concentrate on the process. Love your end result! Thank you for sharing! 💖
Thank you so much for this I have anxiety too and a compulsion to paint I’m always trying to find ways to paint to calm myself you’re inspiring me that you just keep going paint over what you did
I loved watching how this painting developed and ended with such a beautiful, happy, springlike feeling. As for music? The sound of your paintbrush, on canvas is music enough for me. I truly do not like when music is the background. It doesn't seem real to the process or the experience. I'd love to know how you attach your brushes to the long stick for painting purposes. I've tried and I always have the paintbrush falling off the stick. Ha ha.
I love watching you paint, seems so effortless. I don't want to buy any more paints (b/c I have quite a lot of different brands); however, I notice that your paints seem more fluid than mine (i.e., bottle & tube /Golden, etc) and adhere to the canvas with ease. Do you add something to your paints to make them that way? Also, where do you get those long and large brushes? I think I have way too many brushes as well and probably should just use ones that I really respond to best.
Hi Beverly , sometimes I add a medium in my paint or may be I was using fluid golden paint which I love :).. you can easily make your own long brush with a long stick and tape a brush at the end… no need to buy more paint or brushes 😊🥰
I'm thrilled to hear you love my long brushes :)) Knowing when to stop is a balance between recognizing exhaustion and the need for a fresh perspective. When I'm too tired, I take a break. Leaving the painting overnight lets me approach it with new eyes and energy the next day, making it easier to finish. It's a process that works well for me!
I appreciate your feedback! The painting felt too busy for me, deviating from my current artistic direction. I covered certain areas to simplify and create a more cohesive narrative. I value your insights and will keep them in mind for future videos. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
This and many of your other videos are so inspiring to me. Thank you, Marie. I like your music, jazz especially, because I paint along with you.
Oh I liked it from the beginning 😮
Thank you 🙏
That is stunning. The colors are so soft and beautiful
Watching you paint calms me down, this is stunning😊
Thank you so much 😊

Thank you for your comment 🥰. I use black electric tape to attach the brushes, it’s the only one who really works well 😁
Beautiful! You make it look easy and it’s not. I hope it helped😇 (the stress)
Thank you xo

I love the long paintbrush made from a stick taped on a brush! I think that would help with my anxiety! How do you know when to stop on a painting?

Reading the comments I see a lot of people asking questions, I also see she hasn’t bothered to respond.
That’s an absolute thumbs down for me.
I accept your comment Karla. I agree sometimes it takes me a long time to respond.... Thank you for your comment.
