I'm also moving to London for a grad job starting in September! Quick question what do you think of going for accommodation companies like Get Living and the Collective? They own accommodation buildings and can rent out flats in it for 1-4 people usually. Do you think it is worth going down this route as I feel like it would be a lot easier to find a flat this way? I was speaking to one agent and they said they are not allowed to charge agencies fees. Based on the Tennent Fees act. Need to properly look into this though
