Yes you do have area in London offer that range of rate for £1200 like in Edgware, Harrow,Hayes, Uxbridge, Kingston etc but this area are more fewer down to : Notting hill, Kensington,Maida vale, Hammersmith, shepherd bush, Kensal green, kilburn, wildsen junction etc who are more expensive area .because they pretty close of West end
@@tatikapaya thank you so much for replying 😭 and I appreciate your honesty on that. Might be a shot in the dark but are there any agencies that you can recommend? I want to move to London but it’s looking so hard to get done.
Yeah I did one a couple of years ago but I’ll do an updated one at some point if people have a lot of questions! You can DM me on insta if you have any urgent q’s though! 💘💘
I’m currently retired, and considering the current rollercoaster nature of the stock market, I decided to stay on the sideline for awhile, now I’m worried with the numerous bank failures as of late, am I better off reinvesting my savings in the stock market or do I wait?
Given the prevailing market conditions and the potential risks associated with the current economy, I would recommend refraining from investing in stocks for now. Instead, it would be prudent to consider retaining a portion of your assets in gold. Alternatively, seeking advice from a financial advisor could provide valuable guidance in this matter.
This was an insightful video, thank you for being transparent. How are you able to afford £1000 a month on rent? Do you have to work to be able to afford the high living costs as student loan would not be nearly enough to cover that, plus food etc. London is great, but so expensive!
Thank you! So glad you found it helpful in some way! So i freelance work & content create but my parents also help me, I would definitely struggle without their help! X
Hello! I have a question 🥺, how long does it normally take to move into a flat? I mean, if I have seen a flat that is available inmediatly and I want to move as soon as possible how long does it normally take? How much do I have to wait to move to the flat after I send the paperwork? Hope you see this! 😁😁 Thank you very much!
Me, somewhere in west Africa, religiously watching this as if I’m about to move to London next week😴😴anyway, I’m actually enjoying it❤️

2-bed is not 1200, it goes up in at least £500 increments per room.

Can you share the name of your letting agent please?
What is the name of the company with the private membership because I think that is honestly the way to go with how quickly these flats are going?
Bargain Bedsits / Bartlett … but they’re so terrible - 0/10 would not recommend

I’m currently hunting because I’m moving in September, it’s crazy how the prices have gone up so much in just the span of a year.
It’s SO wild! I moved out of my studio apartment for this reason exactly!
Hey Tati! Which agency did you go with to find this property? X
Can you do a Portsmouth university Q&A? I’m interested and thinking of firming it for 2022

If you're use to being a suburbs babe - I highly recommend zone 3.

The process is pretty quick if all the paperwork is in order as most places are looking for people to move in asap! :)
