- I get asked about the 4MM rope vs 3MM Franco all the time. It's easier for me to sit down and make videos giving detailed responses. I'm sure it's easier for you guys as well. I love both chains to death but wanted to be super particular when comparing the two. I hope everyone can get something out of this video. I don't think either is a bad choice at all. It's preference.

Bro I literally just commented the other day on these exact 2 chains saying I didn’t know what to get. I ended up ordering a 3mm Franco a couple nights ago. After going around to different jewelry stores and trying on Franco’s and already owning a rope before, I feel like nothing really compares to the Franco look. So classy yet sophisticated. To me, I would go with a Franco over the rope. Although from a budgeting standpoints, I would have to go with the rope. If I had endless finances though, I’d end up with a 5 or 6 mm Franco. Someday... 💎💎💎

My everyday wear is a 20" 4mm rope and 22" 3mm Diamond cut Franco with Large Italian Horn. The rope looks plenty beefy above the Franco with both a nice presence together. Thank you for the awesome video in helping me make decisions.
Hey bro, so I want a similar setup, I have a 2.5 20 inch 18k rope and am planning to get a 3mm Franco and a 3mm rope at 22” so I can have like 4 different styles to wear. How does it look? Any advice on how to wear it and also you think it will be a problem since my rope is 18k? I know the Francos from jacoje are more yellow than the ropes at the same karat weight but want to make sure.

Luke Zion gives you these same options in silver and is VERY legit I've bought my last 3 pieces off him including a 7mm Miami Cuban and the quality is ridiculous.
Yo blinging Braden, out of curiosity do you get the trible BBB marked ropes or Italian made? Because the triple B's seem to have finer sharper cutting. And on the edges they tend to be more edgy which gives them a harder disco ball out in the sun. You should look into it bruh.
Triple B. Most of the ropes in the American market are coming form Peru. Just depends on who’s importing them.

I have the upmost respect and love for what you do and are doing for yourself career wise. Your channel has helped me immensely being a noob to jewelry. I know silver is not your thing but please consider getting some silver pieces to keep in stock regularly. Franco is heavier and I think sturdier links. Plus I love the design more so on the Franco than the rope.

@@TroublePsych I also have a 5mm 24” d/c rope that I wear solitaire at times. The other day I took a girl out to eat and I can just see her glancing at my chest not in a gold digger way but more in an intriguing mesmerizing kind of way as in if she just discovered gold in the gold rush era.
Even the waiter that I personally know complemented my chain when she was in the bathroom. D/C Ropes hit hard but the 5mm hits different.

For a permanent use should I get 10k , 14k or 18k? My favorite is Figaro or Cuban .
it depends if you are really active. Like sports, manual labor etc... I would not recommend 18k if you do any of those things. whatever karat you get just make sure the chain is solid and not hollow! A 14k figaro or Cuban for everday/every situation would be perfect in my opinion! I have a 14k 1.5mm rope, 3.5mm rope, and 4mm rope that I wear everyday or switch between the 3.5 and 4mm. They are holding up perfectly!

Another great video! I love and wear both chains but imo the Franco is the best! It wears smooth and feels like a "gold hug", whereas the rope tends to snag on hair and clothes. Add in the Francos tough durability and it's a win win!
I love my 3mm Franco also, but sometimes it feels like it's cutting my skin, but I think it's just the diamonds cuts catching hair. You got the right about a heavy gold hug though. I love heavy chains!

The 4mm 26" dc rope is the perfect every day chain, IMO. 26" stays in your shirt at work (20" to 24" always fall out of my shirt) , and 4mm is big enough to look good without costing a fortune or looking overdone.
