That’s your prep?? You don’t prep the cuticle? What was the purpose of showing those cuticle drill bits?
Sometimes I use them . Sometimes I don't. Since I constantly do my nails I don't always want to over remove thee live skin . It doesn't bother me and I used to get bad nail allergies from constantly doing too much cuticle removal. It's all up to the person in what they want to do to their own nails, so the point is to have the cuticle bits. If you want to remove them it's a choice. So what you please. They are just an option not an obligation. Not everyone has really bad cuticles I honestly don't really suffer from that.
A lot of my clients are different. She obviously doesn't suffer from super dry excessive cuticles.
@@lauracouture3394 it’s not about excessive cuticles or not constantly doing your nails. In fact if one constantly does their nails the cuticle grows more often and needs to be pushed and cut/cleaned. It’s about cleaning up the cuticle area so that not only does the finished nail looks clean and meticulously finished, but also helps with lifting. Every single video I’ve seen preps the cuticle area first. Maybe it’s just not your common practice but def a practice that most if not all nail techs do.
