Máquina cosechadora de trabajo/ funcionamiento continuo OE4
Modelo OE4 - Esta máquina cosechadora se basa en un principio de sistema único.
La función de vibración y de recolección se combina en una máquina de movimiento lateral al lado del árbol. En este tipo de máquina se utiliza un método de cosecha continua, es decir, los árboles se cosechan continuamente sin pausas. Para este propósito, la máquina está equipada con vibrador que funciona de manera continua.
Un mecanismo electro-hidráulico especial controla el proceso. Así, luego de la operación de vibración las frutas no caen al suelo, ya que una especie de paragua sobre las líneas de los árboles ayudará con el proceso. Desde el lado de la máquina y desde el paragua de recolección las frutas se obtienen a través de una obturación especial construida sobre una la cinta transportadora central.
Esto está diseñado de tal manera que, a pesar de la función de densidad, se sigue suministrando una operación de cosecha continua. Sobre las cintas transportadoras descendentes, el elevador y la fase de purificación las frutas serán transportadas a un conteiner propulsado en fila adyacente.
La cosechadora posee un chasis alto y de nivel de suspensión lateral controlado, de modo que sea capaz de adaptarse a las condiciones de terrenos más complicados. El operador puede realizar y supervisar desde cabina de todas las funciones de la máquina.
Todos los procesos de trabajo de la máquina se ejecutan de manera electro-hidráulica. La modificación de la recolección durante el transporte también será electro-hidráulica y sólo tardará alrededor de 2 minutos. La cosechadora posee una homologación para circular por carretera.

Transporte de la cosecha: Transferencia paralela de la cosecha desde el sistema de entrega de la máquina en un vehículo en movimiento en la fila adyacente
Rendimiento de los cultivos: Hasta 7 árboles/min en T01
Diseño de las instalaciones: Separación de filas hasta 5,0 m
Separación del árbol hasta 1,8 m
Diámetro del tronco 80 hasta 200 mm
Altura libre del tronco hasta 0,7 m

Continuously operating harvester OE4
Model OE4 - This harvester is based on a principle of single system. The vibration and collection function is combined in one side machine next to the tree.
In this type of machine a method of continuous harvest is used, i.e., trees are harvested continuously without pauses. For this purpose, the machine is equipped with a shaker which operates continuously. A special electro-hydraulic mechanism controls the process.
Thus, after this operation, fruits do not fall to the ground, as an umbrella over the lines of trees will help with the process. From the side of the machine and from umbrella, fruits are obtained through a special sealing built on a central conveyor belt. This is designed such that, despite the density function, is still providing a continuous harvest operation.
On the downstream conveyor, the elevator and the purification phase, fruits will be transported to an adjacent row powered container. The harvester has a chassis with high and controlled lateral suspension level, in such a way that it is able to adapt to more difficult areas. The operator can perform and supervise from cabin all machine functions.
All work processes of the machine are performed electro-hydraulically. Modification of the collection during transport will also be electro-hydraulic and will only take about 2 minutes. The harvester is authorized for road use.

what a technical monster machine. very impressive engeeneer work!!! but my thinkings. what is now with al the hundret thousands fruit pickers from eastern europe or northern africa? with this machine there is no more need for them. do they now going for seasonal work on construction sites or transporting business? or does this increase the burglar rate extreme. every automation has its bad side effects. wouldn`t it be right to call it collateral damages?
MrDriftspirit thanks for your good point of view and comment. The reason for a machine like this is, that we have to less worker and also the Labour costs are to high. We must pay the picker with a good money per hour that they can life. But this increase the costs for harvest and the final product. Customer no willing to pay 5 US dollars for a liter juice. Also we have to feed billion of People. This machine harvest until 25 tone of apple per hour. You can imagine how many people you need to reach the same result. And the logistic to bring the people to the orchards. Believe me, this machine is not the problem. The problem is in another points in our Society. Best TN

Amin Rashid , Mhm. If you know it’s for juice then i can‘t Unverstand you Comment about Damaged pulps. For Industry fruits or juice is it not important of the pulp damaged or not. I hope you know that to. Here in germany we also collect fruits from the ground for the Industry. It’s a Traditional Form if fruit trees plants here for example where the fruits are shaked to the ground. Best Frumaco

How many tons per hour?
depend of the tree and what amount of apple have the orchard, the machine harvesting 6-7 tree per minute, means 4 hours 2,5 acre and continues , raw for raw.

Hi Malik, we harvest with this machines longer then 25 years and believe me, if a the Trees will be damaged or the volume of fruits are less afected by this machines they will not exist so long :-) no, the type of harvest helps the Tree to grow and to bring some air inside the ground. also we shaikng the Trees in a way its impossible to damaged the roots or some parts from the Tree. every thing is fine, the Tree and the humans are happy :-) شکریہ اور مبارک باد

Mira , en Europa pagamos 9 Euro por hora por un temporero y los productores tienen con máquinas su rendimiento bueno por la calidad y de volumen. Con Tecnofruit cosechamos más o menos 280 hasta 350
Kg manzana de mesa por persona y hora. Dice 6 personas en 8 horas 50 bin 🤷♂️ y este es normal y El Problem de mano de obra que falta aqui también solucionado con nuestra máquinas

Не мути воду, в рукавицах и вручную никогда не справишься с фруктовой плантаций в несколько километров. Раз придумали эту технику, значит не зря!!

Las frutas son lastimada al caer la manzana es muy delicada no me parece bueno este método por eso en el super al pelarla esta negra por dentro en partes.
Gracias jefe pero este frutas como manazanas, peras , cerezas y ciruelas que estamos cosechando con este maquina en este forma estan solo y 100% por la industria como pulpa y jugo, claro que si no por frutas de mesa por los cosas que dijes. despues de cosecha iren este frutas directamente a la fabrica por hacer jugos etc. por frutas delicada tenemos nuestra otra linea de maquinas con cintas que se llama FRUMACo Tecnofruit Pluk-O-Trak. saludos y gracias por tus comentario.
