My sincere sympathy and a virtual hug from me. I miss my mama. I love this channel. She’s real and you feel like you are listening to your friend from school or someone like that talk. They might open a dollar tree plus near me soon so I am kind of excited about that just from watching this channel. Again, sorry for your loss.
I’m very sorry for your loss , it’s a difficult time , I lost my mum too , I still miss her . Love this channel this lady has such a sweet heart ❤️ 🏴🏴
This is a great idea! Rebecca could give us good food and content to watch while hopefully getting the satisfaction of seeing less and less to pack up. What a win/win! 😊 I hope you consider doing it, Rebecca! 🥰
I'm an old mountain man from the mountains of SW Idaho. That being said, I do know how to use UA-cam. I just watched your video from the hotel room a few days ago. I am hooked. I watch almost exclusively outdoor videos but wow! Something about you and your channel just grabbed me so yeah, I'm a fan. Carry on!!!!
I just want to say "thank you" for sharing all these DT products. My daughter wasn't a fan of their products years ag & when i tell her all that you share it amazes her & now she is trying❤...all becausecof you😊
Being homebound with no car and unable to stand to cook often, I love those Fast Bites burgers and such. Yes, I add things too like favorite pickle or mayo or BBQ sauce. They used to make a Fast Shake that my local grocery carried but haven't seen that in a while. Those two together was almost like going out for a burger.
I buy a bag of frozen mixed veggies and toss a handful of that into my ramen, along with some ginger, garlic powder and onion powder. I sometimes also add a bit of leftover rotisserie chicken or cubed spam. My favorite DT breakfast item is the sausage pancake sandwich.
I love your channel. You share some very good ideas. I mix a dry package of sugar free jello or sugar free pudding into 32oz vanilla yogurt or 24oz cottage cheese. Sometimes I mix in frozen blue berries or strawberries as a little sweet treat. I also purchase the Philadelphia Cheese Cake no bake filling sold in the refrigerator section of Walmart and mix with a package of sugar free banana pudding (prepared by package directions) and make a Banana pudding cheesecake and add sliced banana.
Thanks for sharing this video! I don't shop at Dollar Tree but knowing that they have a wide range of quick and easy foods to get in a pinch that taste okay to good is really helpful. For everyone of all walks of life. Thank you as always for showing us how to get the best out of a tight budget! 💸
If you have a asian market near by they sell inexpensive dried shrip and squid keeping with the seafood theme- Some hispanic markets also have the shrimp where you find the dried spices.
I would love to see more budget weeks or month. Maybe do $125 or $150 if doing month. Otherwise even a $35-50 week would be nice but not so tight budget wise.
Mayo for creaminess was one of the biggest "aha!" moments for my attempt to cut out dairy. Dairy-free sour cream alternatives can be obscenely expensive, but mayo has no milk by default. It works as a great replacement in ramen and chili.
Soup recipe. White pepper gravy mix. Gnocchi. Optional sausage. No salt. Pepper and a tad of curry powder. Boil 4 cups of water add gnocchi. COOK till done. Add Gravy mix and curry to taste. You an add in veg like mushrooms or whatever but not necessary. Garlic bread or corn bread on the side. Yes dollar tree products.
My Walmart here in WA sells those Sonic shake flavored puddings (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry & birthday cake) for $1.49 (20% savings at DT is pretty good!). I bought 3 flavors a few months back… not really a fan of the strawberry & birthday cake ones, they tasted sooo artificial to me (not loose or gritty looking at all tho), but the vanilla i got to use in a cake I’m planning on making one of these days and judging by what you said about it I’m sure it’ll be good in that 💜 loved the video, I hope the senior you’re helping out feels better soon!
Thank you for this DollarTree new product review Rebecca! Always very good. I just recently re-watched your frozen turkey dinner review from last year and really enjoyed it. I recently tried a Smart Ones Turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy entree. Sadly it wasn't very good. Very liquid mashed potatoes, burnt tasting gravy and very little turkey. I won't be getting it again that's for sure. I am so glad that you are making good progress decluttering and am happy to hear that you can have your dumpster for a bit longer. Take advantage if it! I hope that your senior who is in the hospital recovers quickly.
I really enjoy your videos. After watching them it makes me want to go to Dollar Tree and seek out the new products. I'm always looking for the different items that you mentioned in your videos and sometimes they have it and sometimes they have other things. But I find your videos enjoyable interesting and you can tell you put a lot of thought into it. You make cooking fun and I appreciate that exclamation point good luck with your move and your packing and we look forward to seeing more of your videos and your new location of course.
Haven't seen everything yet but I just had to say this is the second time I've seen you in cute black/white graphic tees recently. It's so cute, a style I love, and I'm also a (slightly less red) redhead. Also, my sister is a dollar tree asm so I know whenever our store gets the good, sought after stuff. It's like setting up notifications. 🤣
I use 2 boxes of the vanilla pudding but made with 1 less cup of milk, add a tub of thawed Cool Whip, about 2 cups of cooked rice, some raisins and sprinkle of cinnamon to make rice pudding. I also use the Dollar Tree almond or oat milk but I don't think the pudding sets up as much as it does when you use regular milk. Not a problem in this dish.
Great video! I've been on the fence about trying the bbq sandwich, but from your positive review, I think I'll pick one up the next time I got to the Dollar Tree.
Those Victor Allen Pumpkin Spice coffees are my favs. You just have to be careful not to pick up the 7oz instead of the 11oz cans. The mocha is good too. I also use them as coffee creamers 😊
Love watching your videos. If you mix any coffee flavor with the Dollar Tree pancake mix, you will have delicious breakfast pancakes. Also, the coffee can be made with cornbread mix ot vanilla cake mix they make a plan mix great.
Yayyy! 🧡 I love these types of videos so much! I shop at dollar tree weekly, so I love seeing all the new items / new foods. It gives me a lot of inspiration. You inspire me so much, and I look forward to your videos whenever I see them pop up! Hope moving is going smoothly! 🧡
Thank you for the tip. Strangely, have not been able to find many pumpkin spice baked goods or other food products at any of my usual atores, Walmart and Target.
My favorite thing from the dollar tree is the funnel cake mix. It is usually by the no bake cheesecake box. Most don't carry it, but man is it awesome. They come out just like the ones from the fair. You should definitely try it and make a video about it and other new items. I really like these types of videos. Actually I love any video you make tbh!❤
Just stopped at Dollar tree tonight. Picked up the Victor Allen coffee in pumpkin spice and peppermint mocha, Bbq sanwich purchased and found the mini muffins too. Rare to find so many things so quickly at my store.
I just got the peppermint mocha for next months dollar tree review! I thought that one was super fun for the holiday. I love trying all of the different coffees
I am watching your video while sipping on a homemade pumpkin chai latte. I never would have thought to make my own until I started watching your videos. Unfortunately a lot of what dollar tree sells, I can not eat. However, I always take away ideas of things I can try.
I have not seen the bbq rib sandwich yet, the bbq chicken is my go to, or the cheese burger one with onion powder added. None of them come even CLOSE to the malwart bacon cheeseburgers, those are pretty awesome. Lay your spoon across the ramen bowl to hold the lid down while it steeps. :D
About the only real comparison to the rib sandwich at Walmart is the banquet family entree that has 6 patties in it, then purchase your own buns for them. They really aren't bad as a sandwich, but the cost would be more than the ones at dollar tree.
Yeah definitely! I thought about that as well. And I’ve tried those banquet ribs made into sandwiches, I would say these from dollar tree taste better too. The bbq sauce is more flavorful
You used to be able to get the "ribblets" (formed pork rib) at the stores and add your own sauce they were pretty good, I think it was food lion we got them from. they were pretty cheap for 6 or so of them.
Have you ever tried shopping at Costco for meal ideas? Yeah everything is in bulk but you can find some insane deals for meals. I just bought 9 pounds of chicken thighs for 22 bucks and 6 pounds of lamb for 25. I think that would be a cool series to watch.
Thanks for sharing. I enjoyed watching your video. I'd love to try the Victor Allen Pumpkin Spice coffee. I doubt I would ever try the Thai noodles. There's only so much spice I can take. I have tried the Fast Bites sandwiches. I love them! I also add things to make them taste better, like mayo, lettuce tomato, ketchup, etc. I've never seen the BBQ sandwich like the McRib. I've only seen one that's a pulled pork version, and it is delish!! I would recommend following the microwave directions on the times, though, especially for the pork and the chicken since both need to be cooked thoroughly. The different meats need different cook times. I look forward to trying the muffins. I would suggest using a hand mixer for the pudding. It will give a better consistency for it to set.
My recommendation on the fast bites or any similar frozen burger type thing with a bun is to just nuke the meat part. Let the buns thaw a bit and then throw them in the toaster just for a bit. Microwaves can tend to really make frozen buns stale and become tooth chippers.
I enjoy these. My kids enjoy some of these finds. I budget 70-100 dollars a week for dinners for a family of 4. I always find it interesting to see what others are planning for dinners. You do a great job using these resources.
Good luck with your move! I was at DT today and for sure thought of your channel. I looked for the grilled sandwiches you like but no luck. I got chicken alaking & 2 chicken pot pies for dinner tonight.
One of my favorite pies to make is a Vanilla Pudding Pie with a Gingersnap Crust. Especially for the holidays. Basically you just need crushed Gingersnaps and melted butter for the crust which you prebake then fill with the Vanilla pudding following pie intructions on the box. Something happens where it almost makes it own syrupy sauce after it cools in the fridge and sits. It's DELICIOUS!
my son buys those Fast Bites sandwiches for his lunch sometime but we wait until our local Meijer has their $7 for $7 and we get them for $1 each.. i use the canned cherry for dump cake.. i buy the cake mix there and the cherries and all i need is butter and cinnamon and i have a quick dessert..
We used to get them at the 99 cents only store for easy after-school meals for .99$ 😅 but then when they hiked up their price we went to dollar tree🤷♀️
Once live in Hawaii (sadly no Dollar Tree stores 😢) and once worked at Retail and I have CoWorkers would get hot water from “Coffee Pot” which only add water no coffee grounds and that is how the bowl of ramen 🍜 enjoyed. Others would put two pieces of Vienna sausages and slice diced spam and add hot water and sit for 3-5 minutes and put hard boiled egg 🥚 and enjoyed. Dang brings memories back 😊😊
My boyfriend and I enjoy watching your videos and have tried many of the food items you recommend. I have tried the chocolate chip mini muffins and I liked them. My local DT didn't have the blueberry ones, but hopefully they will get them.
My local Walmart has Sonic Strawberry Shake for $1.48 - so DT for the win!!! Thanks so much for inviting us into your hearth and heart!! Love your vids!!
I have tried to Victor iced coffee’s and I agree it is a little bit too sweet. I cut the sweetness with some milk and they poured over ice. It’s absolutely delicious.
I'd like to try the BBQ rib sandwich. I love the McD's McRib so I'd love to compare the two. I'd like to try the mini bites muffins. I've had the name brand minis so I have a basis for comparison for them as well. My favorite breakfast item were the frozen pancakes and sausage. I don't know if they are available anymore but they were quick and easy for a tasty breakfast.
I love your videos, however sadly I am no longer going to shop at Dollartree, since they have raised their prices to $1.50 or more for the cheapest items, then $5, & $7 respectively. I can buy many of those items at Walmart for about the same amount to not much more, plus won't have to drive to the other end of town, finding very little of what I now need. Our Dollartree has gotten less desired products, only 1 harried employee most of the time, plus very messy. I have heard that they will change the name to Dollar Plus, even though nothing will even be less than $1.50 minimum. I will miss some items, but not enough to warrant going there. I still love your recipes & tips, so will continue watching your videos.
My local ones haven't started rolling out the prices increases yet. When they do I will be buying even less than before the last increase. The Walmart in my area raises their prices to be equivalent to the other grocery stores.
Found your channel the other day and am enjoying all you do for others as well as sharing with us. I love your large bowl type dinner plates, would you share their make and where you purchased them. Thank you
Absolutely - I get 2 every week for saturday breakfast, as Im the only one that gets up early - I had the first one a few weeks ago and thought "where have you been all my life"
I would probably make a trifle out of the pudding and vanilla wafers. You mentioned with some Cool Whip or other whipped cream on top. I think that would be delicious.
The extra reheat time is because the pork needs to be reheated to a good 160F temp inside to stop possibility of bad things, whereas the ham and cheese is a cured pork product and the chances for bacterial counts are a lot less.
You're probably trying to think of Thanksgiving recipes right about now, and I've never seen you do a pumpkin pie because it's just so expensive to get all the ingredients. But have you ever tried the no bake cheesecake recipe on the can of Eaglebrand sweetened condensed milk? It's just sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese and lemon juice (and a graham cracker crust obviously) I think adding a can of pumpkin and some spices would be a good way to kind of capture the essence of the Thanksgiving spirit for people who just need pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving.
I would chop up the muffins, place in a bowl, dollop on unsweetened plain yoghurt & something crunchy, maybe crumbled rice cakes & dot on a few blueberries.
I live in Vancouver Washington and we have Dollar Tree's everywhere. I see basically the same stuff you've shown. But they've upgraded our stores to have the $3 & $5 items, not just in the frozen foods. I haven't seen any $1.50-$1.75 items though.
I usually find the fast bite sandwiches for around 1$ at dollar general, dollar tree, a local mom and pop grocery store, and i think we found them at family dollar too. And theyre always super cheap, around 1$ or maybe like 2 for 3$ or something like that? I always liked the chicken sandwiches and the spicy chicken sandwiches. I dont think ive ever tried anything besides chicken at the stores i find them at. I dont knkw that ive ever seen the grilled chicken ones either.
Bar B Q is more dense that is why the longer heat time. Will look for the Sonic Vanilla Milkshake Pudding. Dollar Tree sells Graham Cracker pie shells my store. Thanks for the taste test.
The ham and cheese are my favorite but it's just a few slices of deli meat verses a whole patty that's why it has a shorter cook time than the burgers or rib sandwich
We had add boiling water instant noodles in Asia so we would drape the container with a folded tea towel. This helps the cooking and also solves the lid dilemma.
I love the idea of your pudding dessert! The only thing I would add is an 8OZ package of softened cream cheese to the pudding mix :) it would make it a firmer set and slightly more like a cheesecake texture:)
Love your dollar tree product reviews! I tried the thia Sriracha shrimp instant ramen before. It was so so for me, and I prefer Nissin or Maruchan brands, which are smaller portion, which can be just 48 cents on sale.
My mom just passed away and ive been watching yiur videos fir some normalcy to my life. Thanks for being a light in my dark world right now. ❤
My sincere sympathy and a virtual hug from me. I miss my mama. I love this channel. She’s real and you feel like you are listening to your friend from school or someone like that talk. Wishing you peace and comfort during this difficult time. I’m so very sorry for your loss. 💕
I'm so sorry for your loss. My mom passed almost 12 years ago and I remember doing almost anything I could just to stay normal.
Your personality is very special. It is peaceful watching your videos, and fun too. Thank you!
I’m very sorry for your loss , it’s a difficult time , I lost my mum too , I still miss her . Love this channel this lady has such a sweet heart ❤️ 🏴🏴
I think you need to do a pantry cleanout series to use up all your groceries before you move.
They can take it with them in the trunk.
This is a great idea! Rebecca could give us good food and content to watch while hopefully getting the satisfaction of seeing less and less to pack up. What a win/win! 😊 I hope you consider doing it, Rebecca! 🥰
The work you are doing for cooking for community is so very important. You have made life much easier for this woman.
Making a difference in the quality of someone's life is an honor and privilege. It restores my faith in humans😊 for sure. Nice people DO still exist!
I wonder if anyone is taking over once she moves?
Will you be moving near a Winco? So excited for you 😊

You should go back & watch the older ones. All are great!
Looking forward to your Dollar Tree videos after you move, to see the difference in items.
Me too! I'm curious about what they have over there too, I've been to dollar trees all over the east coast and most of it's the same
i'm not even sure they have DT on the west coast

My favorite DT breakfast item is the sausage pancake sandwich.
Oh spam I bet is a great addition! I’m going to do that next time
@@DollarTreeDinners I fry it a little bit after cubing it to add a little more flavor. Also good in fried rice!
Wow 🤩 yum 😋
Same. I usually have frozen peas & carrots handy. Or I'll shred cabbage and carrots in my ramen. Didn't think of adding ginger but will now.
I take a look in my frig for leftover veggies and meat and add them to the ramen. Plus extra spices.
Love how you go for basic and what is good and bad about it then also how you can fluff it up to elevate it if you want to.
👍 also she could use the vanilla pudding/milkshake combo as a fruit dip 🤔
Great ideas! I thank you kindly
That’s sound good God bless

Adding a slice of cheese to ramen is a game changer! I was skeptical then I tried it. It’s a wonderful improvement.
I was thinking sour cream 🤔🤔🤔 or cream cheese 🤔🤔
Add an egg too
I've done butter; makes such a difference!
Yes, this is very common in Asia! With the egg addition too, like mentioned in the video
Egg and cheese is the next level. Yum!
Dollar tree food is definitely under rated. They have some good hidden gems for a good price. Especially with how the economy is.
If you have a asian market near by they sell inexpensive dried shrip and squid keeping with the seafood theme- Some hispanic markets also have the shrimp where you find the dried spices.
Oh that’s wonderful! I’ve never seen dried shrimp but I can imagine that’s such a useful pantry item
I would love to see more budget weeks or month. Maybe do $125 or $150 if doing month. Otherwise even a $35-50 week would be nice but not so tight budget wise.
If you add a raw egg to the hot ramen and stir it well, the broth becomes creamy and you get extra protein, yums!
One of the only ways I like eggs tbh
Lol I just said the same further up in a different comment lol its my favorite for ramen
I just returned home from DT. Some of my faves are the frozen dumplings and some of the egg rolls.
Mayo for creaminess was one of the biggest "aha!" moments for my attempt to cut out dairy. Dairy-free sour cream alternatives can be obscenely expensive, but mayo has no milk by default. It works as a great replacement in ramen and chili.

Basically you just need crushed Gingersnaps and melted butter for the crust which you prebake then fill with the Vanilla pudding following pie intructions on the box. Something happens where it almost makes it own syrupy sauce after it cools in the fridge and sits. It's DELICIOUS!
Oh yes! I was JUST looking at dollar tree gingersnaps and thinking I bet those would make a great pie crust
Love seeing your video pop up on my notifications. I hope she feels better.
Me too!!
my son buys those Fast Bites sandwiches for his lunch sometime but we wait until our local Meijer has their $7 for $7 and we get them for $1 each.. i use the canned cherry for dump cake.. i buy the cake mix there and the cherries and all i need is butter and cinnamon and i have a quick dessert..
We used to get them at the 99 cents only store for easy after-school meals for .99$ 😅 but then when they hiked up their price we went to dollar tree🤷♀️
My dollartree in Canada is selling some things for up to $2.50!!
And note, our fridges only contain drinks like pop, juice and water
I live in canada too and phone cases are 5bucks
@@FffTtt-z9q eugh!!!! I do enjoy Dollaramas 5$ max but I really miss a genuine DOLLAR store
Dang brings memories back 😊😊
Waipahu HS grad here: yes to vienna sausage or spam in the cup noodles! Also kim chee or tsukemono pickles or bean sprouts or even just frozen veg.
@@cherylcrozier-garcia8862 those were the grinds and that where I grad too back in 1993 ☺️
My boyfriend and I enjoy watching your videos and have tried many of the food items you recommend. I have tried the chocolate chip mini muffins and I liked them. My local DT didn't have the blueberry ones, but hopefully they will get them.
Great Review.. Dollar tree Also has 3,4 and 5 dollar items Now. I use to love the fast Break Burgers but don't see them now. Thanks for Sharing
Have a blessed day. God Bless, Rebekah You are never boring and I love to watch you.
I love the Victor Allen iced coffees!😊
My local Walmart has Sonic Strawberry Shake for $1.48 - so DT for the win!!! Thanks so much for inviting us into your hearth and heart!! Love your vids!!
I love the bbq sandwich and always add pickles and mayonnaise just like I get it at McDs. Blessings to you and yours!
Thank you
I LOVE the Fast Bites BBQ sandwich! I love the grilled chicken ones too but I can't find any of the chicken in my local store anymore.
I've been going back and watching other videos on your channel all weekend. Of course now I'm here super early.😂
Welcome back!
It took a while. But I've seen every video. Very helpful stuff.
My favorite breakfast dollar tree item is the banquet sausage and gravy pot pie 😊
This is my favorite too! I always keep them on hand!
oh yes! I tried that in a previous Dollar Tree review video, it was great just needed a little extra pepper but I like peppery gravy for sure
I live in NC. My walmart has those pies for $1
@@kblack8770 I wish mine carried them, but dollar tree is the only store that carries them where I live
Absolutely - I get 2 every week for saturday breakfast, as Im the only one that gets up early - I had the first one a few weeks ago and thought "where have you been all my life"
Good luck on the move!
I always put the fork across the top of those big ramen bowls to keep the lid closed lol!
I would probably make a trifle out of the pudding and vanilla wafers. You mentioned with some Cool Whip or other whipped cream on top. I think that would be delicious.
Wow. Five out of five successful purchases. Thanks for the reviews.
I just had a thought that the mini muffins could make a cute dessert with some melted chocolate/caramel or even some frosting or whipped cream
The extra reheat time is because the pork needs to be reheated to a good 160F temp inside to stop possibility of bad things, whereas the ham and cheese is a cured pork product and the chances for bacterial counts are a lot less.
@@hecklepig I was thinking there had to be a reason for it! I hope Rebecca didn’t get sick!
Yayyy🎉 love these, i hope you amd yours have been well !! You are so amazing, always a breath of fresh air !!! 🫂🫂🫂💐🌹🌹🌹💜💜🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
Thank you so much!!
I but the Dove brand Chocolate Pudding at Dollar Tree so delicious
I would chop up the muffins, place in a bowl, dollop on unsweetened plain yoghurt & something crunchy, maybe crumbled rice cakes & dot on a few blueberries.
I live in Vancouver Washington and we have Dollar Tree's everywhere. I see basically the same stuff you've shown. But they've upgraded our stores to have the $3 & $5 items, not just in the frozen foods. I haven't seen any $1.50-$1.75 items though.
Ooh that pumpkin spice latte might make some nice muffins by adding to plain muffin mix.
I joined the Starbucks boycott so I'm excited and will absolutely be checking the DTs near me for that iced latte!
Why are you boycotting Starbucks?
@@SMElder-iy6fl I'd rather not get political on Rebecca's videos but you can look up the multiple reasons people are choosing to do so
@@SMElder-iy6flMost people do it because they support Israel. Others may do it for other reasons.
Dollar Tree has banana pudding cups that are really good. I would love to see a recipe with those!
Bar B Q is more dense that is why the longer heat time. Will look for the Sonic Vanilla Milkshake Pudding. Dollar Tree sells Graham Cracker pie shells my store.
Thanks for the taste test.
i really think you shouldve added that cheese to the ramen. imo kraft singles are like the best kind of cheese to add to ramen lol
The Victor Allen coffees are delicious I like the vanilla it's very good and the Carmel as well!!
I really enjoyed it much more after I added mayo to it, but I like a nice rich and saucy ramen.
Ardent Michelle spoke highly of you on her channel and asked that we go to your channel and mention it❤
