Gunjan is definitely the kind of dietician/nutritionist one needs to follow in life. U can see how she makes everything so simple and non restrictive. And she's realistic about the struggles but also the rewards that come from it later. Very happy to see health being discussed in such a healthy way 😊❤
Most difficult part to follow routine and diet is when you have to cook yourself diet food and for family normal food.. House help is doing all the household chors and giving you diet food as per easy plan is easy. All you need is follow diet and workout. Is it relatable..??
Hey dear I’m overweight too and don’t like to exercise but I would suggest you start with the three below things for another 1 to 2 months and see how different you feel: 1.just eat home cooked food as much as possible 2. Follow a pattern means wake up eat move your body at the same time everyday! So follow the same time cycle 3. Just go for a walk for 15 mins and gradually increase to 30 Hope this helps!

I am 5 ' 2 ' inches tall . I have 44inch tummy / hip, high waste is 37 & bust is 42 inch . How can I reduce in inches. The stomach is the issue

I'm 41 years old with 2 kids .. n that's the only way to I lost .. u can also try .. if your stomach has sagged .. just search stomach exercises on Google .. do 5-10 min everyday in washroom if not possible with family,,n bloom ,,

Yes and no.. it's not the same for everyone.. depends on your anatomy, age, metabolism, overall stamina, at what stage of weight-loss you're in... Technically, walking is just an activity, but if that's all you get time for then it will keep you fit and keep you from gaining further weight at the least.. but it has to be really brisk and fast
