Great work! Well done. Just few notes from my side: you should loosen bolts by hand first and only then use air impact tool, so then it is less change the bolt breaks. Also, instead of drilling and using tools for broken bolts removal you may have welded a nut on top, I saw there was a piece of broken bolt remaining. While welding nut, the bolt would heat-up and crack from the rust. Then you could easily unscrew it using regular wrench. I saw you have a MIG somewhere there? This is how I am undoing broken bolts is such scenarios :) Good luck!

I've never had good luck with the spiral fluted easy outs, but I have with the square/straight fluted ones. They don't seem to want to spread the bolt as much.

Could you use a power steering pump from a car,driven by the motor ,like the alternator,via the accessory belt ,or the flow is too small ?
I know they run at least 50 bars ,easily.
I don't know. Why not? Only downside would be that the steering is not fast enough if the pump is not very powerful.

Pretty similar on your tractor,but i don't understand how he replaced the steering mechanism ,that you have in front of the radiator ?
I use the old steering column basically only as hydraulic oil reservoir. He made the same by using fire extinguisher or whatever he has used there and mounted the Steering Orbital Valve behind the steering wheel.

Доброго времени суток . Видео смотрю не первый раз , сейчас так же устанавливаю дозатор , МТЗ 82 с КУНом ... Ставлю Д- 100 , вот вопрос мучает , родной НШ - 10 осилит ли нагрузку ???? Может поставить НШ - 14 или НШ - 16 ??? Нужен срочный ответ !!! Спасибо !!!
Wow made your own gaskets .... and your own steering stabilizer mounting brackets ....if alot of techs or whatever had to make their own gaskets,or fabricate parts they would grab a tube of silicone .....or wouldn't even touch it

I don't have a link. But all the hydraulic supply stores have a similar setup for sale. It's just a regular hydraulic system filter and housing.

Cylinder is from a newer version of Belarus. The holder on the axle is our local design.
Hello and hope you are having a good winter. I have a technical question which you may be able to help me with. I've got a 52 which has the common locking in reverse problem, I have tried to cure it by making stops so that the inside wheel follows the same line as when going forward. It didn't work as it drastically decreased the turning circle whilst in reverse, as if it needs to be able to lock over to turn effectively. Did you have any similar problems?

Good video!!but honestly the rear wheels bleh.Also im interested how in the hell was it in such a bad shape that the wheels were going where they wanted and i don't need hydraulic steering!My Belarus steers perfectly!
Thanks. You must be one of the lucky ones - typical Belarus has this problem with the wobbly front wheels and problems with the factory power steering - all the problems are solved with hydraulic steering. Rear wheels not wide enough for you? :)
