This was incredibly fun! Which cover was your favorite?
In which country do you live sweetheart?
the dio-inspired ones 😎😎
@@citylife11 weirdo
@@microsoftpain mind your own bu_tt_cheeks
@@microsoftpain Those were some of my favorites too!
Technology is getting scary! I love the evanescence goth girl with the blue eyes and dripping black. Awesome how it interpreted your description
I was super impressed by that one!
That's cool. If I want to draw and have no ideas this will be what I'll do.
SWEET! Learned something about AI today! I think this might be the start of Rachels album cover she designing for her eventual CD!
What AI website was you using to do this please ??
Had a good laugh at the "multidimensional crosswalk" 😆. Loved this experiment!
If you decide to do this again, I have a few suggestions:
-Any Weird Al Album cover
-Brothers in Arms by Dire Straits
-Elegantly Wasted by INXS
-Pokémon 2000: The Power of One (pop soundtrack-album art is based on the movie poster)
Hello Rachel.
Did you have any difficulty in playing guitar while standing up during your initial years of learning?
I've recently started to play the guitar(thanks to you and few others) but when I stand up and practice skills on guitar I find to hard to play. Its as if all strings become just one string.
If you have made a video on it please direct me there. If not, any response is appreciated.
Wow, fascinating. I can't believe just based your description this kind of worked.
I was pretty blown away when I first tried this, it can make some crazy things!
Loved your video
Hey!! Thats awesome! Can you give us the link or tell us where we can use this program?
thanks!
I'm running a version of this: github.com/CompVis/stable-diffusion locally on my computer. There are lots of different ways to set it up, so I'd just suggest searching for Stable Diffusion and looking for guides/setup advice.
Hi, new subscriber here 🙂 Can you please create a content on how to install this Ai software in PC? Thanks 🙏
That first gorillaz render was scary accurate based on the prompt, but regardless of accuracy, the images you were able to generate using the ai were stunning. There were definitely some awesome and unique stuff that I could totally see on the cover of an actual album.
Also, love the longer video! Can't wait to see what you do next.
That one was really surprising, I didn't think it would get that close! Thank you! :)
Very entertaining video. I was a big Ritchie Blackmores rainbow fan. As well as deep purple. I had that rainbow rising album.
This was very entertaining. 🙌🙌🙌
Glad you enjoyed it! I had a lot of fun filming :)
That was a lot of fun. Don’t hesitate to post non-guitar stuff you’re interested in, cuz you’re interesting.
Thank you! Yeah I would like to experiment with posting some non-guitar focused stuff in the future, probably mostly at least loosely connected to music though :)
Hahaahaha, so fun video! But I wish you added some of your photos from your phone at the end to laugh 😂.Hahahaha nice :).
Very interesting, instant album art.
Wow. That's so convenient! 😵
This is hilarious and really scary at the same time
Oh boy oh boy do I love being an artist
Rachel, the Holy Diver album cover by Dio, the guy in the water part was created from a guy who was photographed wrapped in chains in cold water. If you listened to Rock DJ Eddie Trunk interview from the Rainbow Bar & Grill in LA celebrating Ronnie James Dio’s birthday which happened about a month ago. Eddie interviewed the guy who did a remix of the Holy Diver album for the 40th anniversary of the album. If you search for it you can find the whole interview.
4:51 AWAKEN! AWAKEN! AWAKEN! AWAKEN! 👹
‘Wow My Favorited Green Day, Great One Rachelf.”
Great album!
I think it made some cool covers!
Awesome😄😄🤘🤘
:), thanks!
That's not a man on the Black Sabbath cover, her name is Louisa Livingstone.
Part 2 please
A.I. is the ultimate band concert poster generator
I need to make an album cover for Evil Queens. I should put my picture on Vic on Sfsgsw by Megadeth.
Hecy Amqueen my all time favorite band
What ai software or website was used please ?:)
This is awesome, I'm working on getting AUTOMATIC1111 version of diffusion working just to play around. It did occur to me that this could be a fun way to get tattoo ideas from your own descriptions😂
That's the version I'm now using as well! Super fun to play around with :)
@@RachelfGuitar I literally just got it going, had to troubleshoot a few things. Did a few Viking battle examples which turned out very interesting. Definitely going to play around with demons and hell examples after seeing your Iron Maiden cover😂
It'd be interesting to see how the A.I would generate artwork, using the lyrics of songs
Yeah that would be really cool too!
Could you please share the link to this site? I can't find it
This is the base repository: github.com/CompVis/stable-diffusion, there are probably easier ways to install it now though if you look around! Will get easier over time.
Might have to do something like this if I want to make an album cover, since I can't draw. 💀
This can definitely make some cool album covers! Excited to use it for that myself in the future.
This is really awesome! This is like a lazy persons way of creating an album in a way! 😂
lol, the Ghost album is a gothic cathedral, but I like the scooby doo haunted house add, very fun
Yeah that would have probably been more accurate, just went with what popped in my head first! The results were fun though :)
pretty cool Rach! Do you like the band behemoth?
I like some of their songs but haven't listened to them too much so far! Any recommendations?
@@RachelfGuitar i quite like decade ov therion and chant for eschaton 2000
13:43 looks like an Asia album cover😆
You should try to do this with Buckethead album covers
Very cool idea to incorporate this trend in a video. Nice mix up and quite cheerful.
not a trend, thats the way capitalism found to replace concept artists
I need the link to this AI.
This was super cool which ai was this?
I'm using Stable Diffusion (it's free & open source, but you need a pretty powerful computer to run it locally currently).
@@RachelfGuitar thanks a lot! I've been using the wonder app lately but I'll give it a try thanks for the vid!
Meanwhile, the little mouse in the computer doing all the drawings is like 'uhhhh, why doesn't she just SAY she wants Holy Diver? I swear I need a raise.'
these ai has seen some stuff maaaannnnn
We're just a hop and a skip away from Skynet... Those fingers and faces are the stuff of nightmares! It's like watching Pink Floyd The Wall on acid...
Yeah the fingers have a long way to go especially 😅
👍🏼🍒
The way the a.i animates the art covers feels so satisfying like imagine the amount of work the person that programmed it had to go through
not too long until Skynet comes alive.
😅
im going to draw you!
08:03 hangar 18 itself.
"I don't know how to read these " That means they're real band logos.
So true 😄
Are you in a band ?
Comes out cr4p when I do it.
The fact that you said what's in your intro means I could never trust anything you say.
And then suddenly: "thrashy, palm muted riff in d on moderately distorted guitar using single notes and some power chords". I'm not entirely sure about art creating machines...
Definitely starting a band called MILNSKEFLKESI
An unforgettable name 😄
Ai is going to put a lot of artists out of work
I'm hoping it will more evolve the way artists work and make it easier for artists to do what they do, but hard to say how it will fully play out
Ai is getting creepy as crap
You should try you with the ai.
Your prompts are too short. It works best with hyper detailed prompts
Rachelf did you just... call the gorillaz members anime men? How could you. Betrayal. /j
In the moment it was hard to think of a good description 😁😅
I'm glad you had fun with this but honestly this kind of stuff just depresses me. I feel like AI is just slowly going to make anything human beings do totally meaningless. I guess ultimately everything is meaningless even without AI, but it just makes it more clear we are obsolete. But then maybe I'm just depressed. Your videos though give me a few minutes break from the depression though.
Everything ai can do humans can or will be able to do better don't be depressed 👍
I definitely understand that perspective, it is a bit scary! But I'm hopeful we'll be able to work with AI rather than it replacing us. For example, already I've seen some artists working with this to quickly generate concepts that they then perfect on their own in their own style. It's just enabling them to work faster than they were before! I'm hoping we'll see more things like that :)
Understand the way it works and that helps with perspective. It takes images from the internet based on your words and uses them to generate something new-ish. Much of what it "accomplishes" is from our own projection: we assign meaning to the results. The AI itself cannot grasp meaning. AI could not do what it does without a source, and that comes from us - taking pictures, writing things, putting them on the internet or in a database. AI is new and interesting but it's being WAY hyped up and over-estimated.
It depresses me too, because I am a painter and it literally just generated in a few seconds what would take me hours to create.
Trans lux meets the 21st century.... 🙏🏻
Metallica is a great band but obviously a trend so most fans are just followers because others like.
There is nothing original about that band.
Everything riffs, licks, album covers if you dig a little you'll find where 90%,,,of the inspiration came, come from.
Why don't you just tell us here? links?
@@meanjon13_illusions It''s all over the net.
Do I need to search google and youtube for you?
Just youtube let's say "Metallica plagiarism"
Honestly friend you'd be in shocked about where come from many of his riffs and licks.
See you weren't born in the 80s obviously but back then Metalheads we were stubborn and stick to Metal only(most of us).
Bands knew it,,so these guys for being composers and in a bands listen to more and knew we would never find out that this riff was taken from Alabama, this one from,,,ect.
Now there is internet plus haters that just about destroying bands so they rat the out.
And fans like us learn,,,
@@stevedamien638 "There is nothing original about that band.
Everything riffs, licks, album covers" You made the accusations it's up to you to prove them. You seem to disparage Cliff Burton as a plagiarist. Not good. Please provide accurate quotes and links. "See you weren't born in the 80s obviously" lmao I grew up in the 80's in Los Angeles so I'm very interested in -> you you
@@meanjon13_illusions Then sorry buddy.
I won't call you an idiot because you actually know how to communicate without insulting here.
I can give you right here then
Seek And Destroy listen to it.
Then go listen to Saxon-Princess Of The Night-
There is a big part note for note, melody to melody in that only a deaf would miss.
Btw back in 1983 to know bands like Saxon you had to dig and import albums most didn't.
Lars knew,,,and Saxon was his band so they borrowed,,,knowning fans will never noticed unti,,,internet!
James is no Metalhead despite being a great Rhythm he is a Southern Rock fan and sure knew Metaheads of the 80s don't listen to Southern Rock.
He did steal a lot of parts note for note.
Dude I have a question here,
you really listen to music?
because you know/hear it when it happened.
@@meanjon13_illusions i don't accuse Cliff but James and Lars only,
there is always two cunts in every band.
Kiss has Stanley and SIMMONS.
I don't think you were born in the 80s you seem ignorant too much.
LES gooo I got holy diver right on insta😭
That's impressive!
