Nice job well done thanks for showing us, Please wear a mask when spraying the varnish it will solidify in your lungs and the particles are not healthy you may end up chronically ill later on in life we generally pay for the sins of our youth with what weve been doing through our lives, Take care m8 keep em coming.
also cedar dust never breaks down. and once it's in your lungs it stays there. i know cause my Dad was a Shop Forman. and worked with mostly Cedar. and he needed to take his retirement at 55. after working with it for 38 years....and had very poor lungs.... : (...

He wanted the wood Useable, mate.
I thought it was going to be some kind of work bench and as it was going together was rather confused. I guess it lost something in translation. Here we'd call that a chair or an outdoor chair or a patio chair. A bench would be for more then one person to use at the same time.
Nice build I think some distressed paint over this would look great.
