Yes, me too, similar experience. I am a very slow eater too. They never 趕我走. Just 唔好意思慢慢食,finish eating and leave to let the next one in the queue to come into the restaurant. Their 炒蛋 is excellent. Faye and Stevo ordered the right type of egg.

They mentioned that the restaurant is famous which is why they are so busy. So, it is Not necessary to give them more advertisement by eating there, and doing a video on them!!!!!! They don’t need the support since they are already so well known!!!!! There are tons of great restaurants in Hong Kong so they have many choices. I get it that it is about the Chinese New Year 🧧!!!!! The waiter 哥哥s were very nice to my family with young kids. They offered us a seat asap. They were very gentle with us, very polite.

其實澳牛從不催你,不趕人走又唔會你未食晒就收你嘢,我食得快係唔想同人搭枱,試過同外地朋友佔一枱慢慢食都可以。只係有時客人落單太慢佢地會叫你諗清楚先,我落單五個字,牛意煎蛋多,腿通炒蛋包,凳未坐已叫咗,快鬥快,佢地一聽就知你熟晒,都唔知幾好笑容。

土雞有D 品種叫黃油雞, eg.嘉美雞,(嘉道理農場), 本身浸熟後,雞皮色黃. 肉質軟滑有雞味. 油汁留在肉內.

Faye & Stevo: 我以前做過 specialty chemical 公司, 有國內鷄農客戶會買我們嘅food grade colourant (sunset yellow) 溝極少量落去飼料餵鷄, 咁樣啲鷄皮就會呈現黃色, 仲有生啲蛋出嚟個蛋黃都係金黃澄澄咁樣㗎喇!
人在英國,英國大部份嘅雞都係粉紅色皮,但英國超市有corn feed chicken賣,啲皮會比較黃
