Stuffed pizza is made by stretching a layer of dough onto the bottom and then, a layer of sauce, cheese and toppings is added, followed by another layer of dough. The top crust is sealed around the edges.
Stuffed pizza is typically cooked at a high temperature for a long time, until the crust is golden brown. The result is a hearty and delicious pizza with a thick, cheesy center and a crispy crust that is brushed with a garlic butter sauce.

• 28 oz. can of Imported Tomato Crush
• 1 tsp. of salt
• ¼ tsp. of black pepper
• 1 tsp. granulated garlic
• 1 tsp. of dried basil

Couple questions/possible recipe ideas. First sausage and peppers? I liked your video on roasted red bells but was wondering if you'd do them the same way for a sausage and pepper entree or do them differently. Second I was thinking about how my favorite pizzeria in Brooklyn as a kid, Nino's, made sausage and pepper rolls. They'd take a whole sausage sliced long, add some sweet cooked peppers, onions, and mozzarella and wrap it in pizza dough. I freakin loved those. I've tried making them a couple times and I think I'm close but would love to see the pros' take if you were ever inclined.

Guys, at's a pizza! I'd substitute some sopressat' for the pepperoni, and some locatell' for the pecorino, but it's all good. Thanks for this, I really enjoyed and I gotta check your pizza sauce recipe (I've been gettin' Don Pepino's from Jersey but the price has close to doubled everywhere. It's hard making our own dough with a nutzo cat walkin' around a small kitchen, but we get a ready made from Brooklyn that should do the job. Props again.
