Regarding the talk about home office or not, I think it depends on employees qualities and facilities to go to office (and the need to be presential) and the manager's handling of the team. During my PhD, my supervisor micromanaged me a lot, organizing a lot of pointless meetings and assigning me meaningless tasks. My office was also next to the intern's room, so masters students as well as first years used to come by and ask questions on the daily. At some point during second year I decided to just stop going daily and in turn work at home. Its true I had more room to just mess around, sleep, eat, play games; but whenever I decided to sit down and focus I made more in 2-3 hours focused at home than one full day in the office because of the possibility of focusing. Additionally, I am more of a night person than a morning person, so I could sit at 11pm and work hard until 3-4 am and get my job done in a more efficient way.
They also can't know how much work you are doing in the office but there they have to pay for office space, heating, electricity, cleaning, supplies, kitchen, etc.
Don't forget the 30 minutes of wandering around the building trying to find a free stall at 10am once all the budget coffee has flushed everyone's bowels!
q = heal 3 people in a chain w = give the target ally an aura that does dmg in an area e = put a totem that slow the enemy, the totem have hp and can be destroyed r = after 1s, give the target ally hero a chillion heal / give all near hero allies a boost in speed attack and movement
I keep uninstalling and reinstalling this game cause of your videos. Matched against a 5 stack in QM with a 4500 player and yeah.....said some ridiculously horrible things to that guy but in honesty if the devs would only consider stacking in premades in QM a perma bannable offense then this wouldn't happen
There’s a lack of player pool with HotS since 2018/2019 when Activision-Blizzard betrayed the community. That’s why weird matchmaking is necessary so people don’t have to queue for 5 to 10+ minutes for a game.
@makedredd299 then it's time to shut the game down. Statistically speaking a coordinated group of 5 people is far more likely to win the game than 5 Randoms doing whatever they want. Low player base or not I still stand by my statement
@moviestalker2134 before you label me a crybaby maybe you should stop and think "why is the game in the state that it's in?" It always baffles me how there is some brainless idiot who doesn't realize that players to competitive games work like this. In order to keep them coming back you need balance, both in character design, gameplay and also skill brackett. If you consistently get things that aren't fair or put a new player against a GM they will get rolled and wind up quitting, much like I did. Too easy matches and the game gets boring so you want to match players slightly above and slightly below their skill bracket to keep playing your game and hopefully spending money to keep it going
@@lionwhyte___2634 It's been like that for years, dude. Now it probably hurts more to change the matchmaker that way than to leave it as it is. Lots of ppl already quit, it's already difficult to get balanced teams. If everyone has to wait 10 mins to get a game, I'd bet more ppl would quit HotS.
The company has no business trying to control every aspect of their workers' lives, especially given their degenerate spending habits. People who are forced to work at the office should be paid for commute times.

@25:20 - he said "say hi", not "hit on my wife" 😂

When is Rehgar’s W-build useful at lower ranks such as Bronze, Silver and Quickmatches?
Double support comps basically
@@dudubungles9679 Tnx!
Can someone explain what rehgar does? What do hos abilities do?
q = heal 3 people in a chain
w = give the target ally an aura that does dmg in an area
e = put a totem that slow the enemy, the totem have hp and can be destroyed
r = after 1s, give the target ally hero a chillion heal / give all near hero allies a boost in speed attack and movement
@GoodGamer360 what about his passive/trait?
gives unstoppable for 1 sec or slows eney for 80%
@@ivangolubev9531 and this guy is a support?
Weird, but cool.
I mean why not. he gives unstopp for other players, not for himself
