I once asked a friend, which is a bassist to play it and he replied "Ok, but you have to pay me a new right hand, 'cause I'll need to throw mine out of the window at the end of the song" 🤣🤣🤣
These guys lived up the road from me in Teignmouth, Devon. UK. In the 90s they were playing 100 capacity venues. I've lost count of the number of times I've seen them live. Try "Newborn". It's an older tune but it rolls.
@@myfavouritepastime Love it, i'm not a million miles away in Taunton and I've been enjoying Muse since the first album in 1999. Only seen them once live way back at Westpoint Arena. Great band and wish I could see them more live. I still remember coming out of the gig and a friend of mines first reaction was 'What no Cave!' It was his favourite song at the time and they never played it lol.
@@BillsOldandNewGaming was at the Westpoint gig, we breathed the same air lol. It was the gig with the huge white ballons and a packed arena! They didn't play Cave live that often, when they did at "The Seaside Rondevouz" concert at The Den in Teignmouth the crowd went wild. ✌️
'interesting bass line' - well that's an understatement!! I've loved this groove from the moment I first heard it when it came out!! MUSE is probably one of the best performance groups (second perhaps to Rush - and hey, they're a 3 piece!). Their live shows are incredible - sonically and visually. Muse is also known for inserting snippets of songs from other artists. They've done Korn, Rage, AC/DC (as you picked out), plus so many others. Just their way of acknowledging the music of their peers and influences. You can't go wrong with these guys...at all!!
Muse do that kind of mashup all the time, more often in the intros to try and hide what song they are playing next to build up anticipation for the song.
It's hilarious watching these Muse reaction videos. The usual progression is 'I've heard them here and there and their singles but didnt think much of them' to 'Oh these guys are actually quite good, I might check them out a bit more' and finally 'I CONSUMED IT ALL NOW PLEZ GIEF MOAR'. Enjoy exploring them mate, they cover a thousand different styles and every song has it's own world it lives in.
My favorite band! I have seen them live at least 5 times until now and their shows are massive. The live versions you watched until now are in festival settings, where they are still awesome, but they are limited with time and the things that they can do. But find live versions from their own tours, they have great visuals on top of the great music, from lasers to drones, flying dancers, huge balloons or animatronics. The most recent show I saw was during their latest "Simulation Theory" tour and it was grandiose. A pretty decent audience filming can be found here: ua-cam.com/video/W9mVdGZ_044/v-deo.html. After 2 decades and 8 albums of experience, they have so many hit songs and fan favorites that they had to squeeze 5 of them in a medley and still the concert lasted 2 hours. The songs are so easy to sing along, the energy that you feel in their concerts is unbelievable. I highly recommend Knights of Cydonia, any live version after late 2008 when they started to play it with Ennio Morricone's "Man with a Harmonica" intro. But there are a lot of great ones, too many to list. I like them all.

If you're into some good bass lines, there is a somwhat "new" band on the rise, called Vulfpeck. They had a song in an Apple commercial earlier this year (or last), they are more of a old school style funk, but I really think you should give it a try.
I've got some suggestions, some videos, that i think gonna be good to react, best with your daugther 1. ARCH ENEMY - Reason To Believe (OFFICIAL VIDEO) - in most song's she sing similat to that lady from Jinjer, but in this she uses mostly normal singing, and the song is pretty melodic, and i think she may like it, it may be fun to show her that and then maybe ARCH ENEMY - War Eternal (Live at Wacken 2016), which is a lot heavier song, which may be a little schoch, she's good at interacting with audiance, and its a great example 2. Nanowar Of Steel - Norwegian Reggaeton, just for fun 3. i heard you like big crowds, how about 700 000? Chect out this from a free festival in Poland ua-cam.com/video/VyEHw9sLwaE/v-deo.html , some backstory this a anniversary concert of a band, and most a former band members and collaborators performed as guests, this is last song, they've played at the festival, and it was written and origanally sung by their former guitarist, who died from heart attack, when they're were on tour, and this is first live performance of the song since he died, you may also chcech out Don't Drink Evil Things (official video), from them, really funny clip, especially a part when Titus who is their lead vocalist, is trying to sing like Ozzy
Fun Fact. Chris Wolstenholme (Bassist) admitted that he hates playing this song, mainly because it takes too much energy playing it.
And I get it... I play this bassline from time to time but only 90% speed... And it sucks the energy right out of my fingers...
I mean, he did it nearly black out drunk for years, so I have to imagine it’s all muscle memory at this point.
I once asked a friend, which is a bassist to play it and he replied "Ok, but you have to pay me a new right hand, 'cause I'll need to throw mine out of the window at the end of the song" 🤣🤣🤣

If you're into some good bass lines, there is a somwhat "new" band on the rise, called Vulfpeck. They had a song in an Apple commercial earlier this year (or last), they are more of a old school style funk, but I really think you should give it a try.
Vocalist has a great voice, ultra jealous here without shame to say it. Best song from them is without a doubt "Knights of Cydonia".
Would love to see you react to Red Hot Chili Peppers - a live performance. Flea is sick on the bass.
You should react to BabyMetal Road to Resistence in japan its a really cool choreography and amazing crowd
React to Muse - knights of Cydonia live from Rome. It's epic and will give massive number of views
Have a look at the live in Rome performances...
Hysteri live in Rome best version
Uno by them is amazing
Check out the Hysteria cover by The Warning-

Has he done city of delusion?
I've got some suggestions, some videos, that i think gonna be good to react, best with your daugther
1. ARCH ENEMY - Reason To Believe (OFFICIAL VIDEO) - in most song's she sing similat to that lady from Jinjer, but in this she uses mostly normal singing, and the song is pretty melodic, and i think she may like it, it may be fun to show her that and then maybe ARCH ENEMY - War Eternal (Live at Wacken 2016), which is a lot heavier song, which may be a little schoch, she's good at interacting with audiance, and its a great example
2. Nanowar Of Steel - Norwegian Reggaeton, just for fun
3. i heard you like big crowds, how about 700 000? Chect out this from a free festival in Poland ua-cam.com/video/VyEHw9sLwaE/v-deo.html , some backstory this a anniversary concert of a band, and most a former band members and collaborators performed as guests, this is last song, they've played at the festival, and it was written and origanally sung by their former guitarist, who died from heart attack, when they're were on tour, and this is first live performance of the song since he died, you may also chcech out Don't Drink Evil Things (official video), from them, really funny clip, especially a part when Titus who is their lead vocalist, is trying to sing like Ozzy
Bellamy is such an odd ball xD
PLUG IN BABY in ROME!
Awesome!
Can you do a video with you'r kids?
Please show your daughter QWERTY live by Linkin park so she can see how unique Chester’s voice was
