I don't usually comment but great video! 😊 it's my dream car! I first set eyes on it March 2020, obsessed ever since. Passed my test 18 months ago in my 1.8 vauxhall astra. Getting the beautiful Z4 next year (20i). I'm not rich, I'm a cleaner who works & saves a lot lol, but this is my dream car & i plan on keeping it forever 😍
I am on my second Z4. They are an absolute joy to drive. The swallow motorway driving and dance around B roads. Boot space makes it surprisingly practical. Spent 2 weeks driving through France with my wife this summer which was s a joy. 😊
Love my red with white leather Z4 m40i and I always get nice comments. Everyone now asks where have I been as I have such a great tan 😊😎 If you can afford the extra costs go for the 40i model that B58 is just great
Matt, as you know, always been a fan of the Z4. Like You this is a forgotten gem. Take everyday over a back to front Boxster. A everyday, all year round true sports car. You mentioned the 40i manual. Now that must be the one. Not sure about the facelift, not least the alloys. Could this be the end of the line for the Z4 and BMW sports cars? After all this is a joint venture with Toyota.
Just test drove a used one today and bought it. 20i. We live on terrible country lanes so my test drive included rough A and B roads around the dealership and the adaptive suspension is absolutely a game changer, so much more comfortable than my current GTI PP but when you hit the sports button it stiffened the suspension right up for smooth tarmac.....not that we have much of that in UK so i guess that button won't be used much 😂😂😂
I'm curious to know how the driving experience compares to my MX-5 (ND2). The official 0-62 of 6.6 is slower than I thought, a tad slower than my MX-5. As I say though, it's the overall dynamics I'd like to compare.

Amazing! Thank you for your comment! It is great to hear from you.
I’ve driven the sDrive30i for 3 years and now the M40i for 3 years, and I’m still in love. Great car!
Absolutely mega cars.
Had my 20i for 3 years. I absolutely love it and still look back to admire it when I lock it
would u recommend it for my first car?

Hopefully will get a go in the M40i manual at some point Keith, that could be the one.

I’d like to see you show off the entire interior a bit more in your videos :)
Noted!
I have a 20i MANUAL - not fast, I wish I had the M40! Is the new MG Cyberstar a better buy?

Thank you.

I want to swap my f22 lci for this.
Do it!
Great car but the customer service is very poor
