Brilliant Andrew...this why Southern BM is so great to have servicing my M235i. Your professionalism and quality is simply first class. My fathers first BMW was a 2002ti that ended up being a great rally car when we lived in Zimbabwe. I can’t believe that he bought this car back then and used it to compete off road!

I wholeheartedly agree with the keeping of the lines and chrome of the car, I really don't understand the people who pull it off and fill in the mounting point holes. It's just not the same. The chrome belt is stunning to me and will never come off mine!
It really is important to the character of the shape to keep the deft lines. Also new chrome is super important and good to see BMW are reproducing these again. I know a lot are on backorder but hopefully in the next year all the Alloy moulds will be available as a genuine item.
Beautiful car, really enjoy these videos! That Resada Green E21 in the background looks great too, would love to see more.

I'm in the process of restoring a 1973 2002tii when l bought the car it already a professional installed 5 speed conversion with 3.9 LSD It also has Ireland engineering stage two suspension It is being taken down to the carcass It would be great if you could let me know what radio head unit you used with your amazing restoration
Also if you know a source for good sun visors it would be greatly appreciated
FYI l owned a 1972 2002ti back in 1973
and compared to what was on the road at that time the car was amazing! It truly was the first sports sedan
I'm glad you enjoyed the video, The radio is from RetroSound. Sunvisors are a problem, i don't have a solution for you on that. You can still buy the white clamps the hold the visor in place though.
