The common theme with sovereign citizens is they are not subject to the laws of the state because of the government being a business because the government has an ABN. So I think that one could rationally conclude that if a sovereign citizen does not prescribe to the laws than they cannot be a victim of a crime and if there is no victim then there cannot be a crime.
