When the controlled opposition finally decided to work as MPs after a decade sitting back collecting cheques while homes, food, heat and transport became unaffordable. Ok, I worked 20 years as a recruiter handling resumes and sending them to companies/clients and never did I ever change a resume… if any skill or experience is missing then the candidate must do the changes and resubmit it before it goes to a client…the whole idea of using a professional recruiter is to verify accuracy and truthfulness of a candidate…
Correct but the whole idea of a designated private 3rd party gatekeeper is to collect massive sums for engineering recruiting to favor desired candidates of the ruling party. This looks very much like contracted corruption upon corruption.
Why would a skill or experience be missing? Why then even bother considering the candidate to begin with?

Likewise, as a Heavy Equipment Technician for example there's 60 wheel nuts to be properly torqued on any given tandem truck. Not doing it correctly may allow a wheel or wheels to come off and kill motorists in the oncoming lanes.

Hard to believe a person would be allowed to submit resumes 4/5 times before approval ! Never happened with any position I have ever heard of

It seems to me...he feels its fine to embellish resume's and cook the experience education until it fits the grading system. How you change 4 months to 51 months and claim its a mistake is beyond me. Being English myself I have to say we are very specific about descriptions, therefore,.Chalet is a very specific architectural design. The roof is normally quite steep, and overhangs the walls by at least a foot, sometimes 2 or 3 feet. The design is such because they are usually located in places where it snows a lot. A cottage is basically a cabin- a small, simple dwelling or summer camp.Jul 5, 2021. Not defending Firth by any means but it did bring a smile to my face.

With regards to the resume versions, what it sounds like he’s saying is he can make different versions for himself to see how they would score. Then he can answer questions like what if this experience was 4 years vs 4 months and then dry run the CV in various versions to see what score it would get before actually submitting.

Chalet is what we call a cottage in french. Has no relations to the swiss construction. Its a generally rustic secondary dwelling usually in mildly remote rural areas to get away from modernities. Chalet =cottage.

Late chime in on this but as an estimator by profession lump sum (fixed price) contracts are developed through hourly rates of developers and staff to arrive at the lump sum price including profit and overheads. Firth is lying. If that wasn't done it was throwing a dart at a dart board LMAO. If it flowed through three additional entities they marked it up, the next marked it up and then the contracted entity further marked it up. Complete abuse of tax dollars.
