I wish he could have disclosed his protein sources(he is definitely depending of protein shakes), his fat sources and generally what he eats. He just said boiled food and dal chawal. Vegan diet is not sustainable for many Indians. But it mainly works for many people because it works as a elimination diet. Moderation vs elimination, always elimination works because we humans can take limited high quality decisions in a day. So by eliminating you need take decide whether to eat something or not.

So tried stopping wheat and pain got relieved. Then identified milk and nuts being the main reason. All the pain is now gone for 2 months. No gas issue. Still under medication though. No this might not be Caliec disease, reintroducing milk and nuts everyrime gave me same issies agaib. I was even tested positive for pancreatic Cancer twice during these months. Then got to know even gastritis patients get positive tests.

Most of the masala/seasonings that we use is a packaged product and is processed with huge amounts preservatives, food colours, artificial flavours etc. Unless its home made it is better to avoid masala or atleast minimize the use as much as possible.

I never cook anything here ....yes kitchen access is here whenever you feel like you may take nd pull up ...but do i really need to pull up anything where somebody there to listen you to bring all the stuff for you

No deep fried. 90% steamed boiled food no masala, salt and pepper, lime. Not a big fan of taste. Salad, pan grilled with olive oil. Dal, no masala curries.
What wrong with masala or spices? How r they unhealthy?
Spices themselves are not addictive, but when you combines with food then that food become addictive. My thoughts !!!
