It was a good card, but definitely not the best. Off the top of my head, UFC 217 and UFC 229 were better.

As a person that lives in Ireland staying up very late watching UFC 300 was worth it.
This was Literally the Only time a Ufc Card was really worth it to Stay up, usually you Can Sleep until Main Event Begins

I don't think it was bad necessarily, but it wasn't the greatest ever or anything like they hoped. Be honest, without Max and Justin the main card didn't deliver much more excitement than a usual numbered event. That fight was amazing, but it could have been on any card really. This one just didn't feel historic to me, but I did enjoy it.

Yeah, any talk of UFC 300 being anything less than damn good is just silly. It undoubtedly peaked with the Max-Justin fight though. That being said, it's hard not to feel it would've been much, much better with two title fights that matched the momentum of the rest of the card.

Keep in mind Jorge & Kayla are training buddies, "co-captains", they always speak highly of one another & Nunes left ATT with some things to say. If Larissa Pacheco was able to beat the Kayla over 5 rounds, i think The Lioness can do it better. Holly has been done for a long time. At 42 her movement, speed, pop, fight IQ (clinching a Judoka lol), etc have diminished greatly & she's only stuck around this long bc women's BW is now old & washed fighters who used to be good & younger fighters who aren't good at fighting.

The card was incredible. But that was a very early stoppage on Max versus Justin. Justin had just pulled corpse guard and was ready to submit him from the bottom.
Also props to Corey Anderson for putting it that way. Glover has been knocked out cold by rumble Johnson in like 8 seconds. His tooth goes flying and everything.

No one could actually criticize the event that was UFC 300. However, I have a feeling it didn’t sell nearly as many PPVs as the UFC was hoping it would. One of the telltale signs of a how hot a PPV is trending is looking at the views for Embedded during that fight week. Best one was the Episode 1 at pretty much exactly 1 million views. Great for a decent card, but for a super card like 300, it’s not what they expected.
Good on Corey Anderson for taking the high road. I'm not sure Jamahal would've been so gracious had it been Corey getting knocked out like that.

My only gripe about UFC 300 is FOTN bonus. It should have gone to Green vs Miller. It was more of a back and forth, and exciting fight. I don't think Justin showed up at all against Max. He looked like he was thinking too much the whole time, I'm not sure if it was always about the fight either. Where was the Justin the put an ass whipping on Fiziev or Poirier? We didn't get the normal Justin at all.

Nobody in their right mind would say UFC 300 was bad. It turned out better than the UFC could have ever planned.
2 things can be true. ufc 300 was 🔥...but it was also duct-taped together n there is no good gd way in hell throwing periera against hill was the 'main even people would never believe'. but, gaethje n max are absolute showmans of their craft/violence and so far, periera is almost an automatic for some level of display/highlight. sprinkle in a crazy a samurai and yea, it all worked out.
