Love that K5/K6 1000, the best ever built from Suzuki. To this day, that engine are still being used on many other Suzuki models. That paint job, hail no! Had to say it.
This is awesome! For future reference, to get a flat surface on the covers (ie. clutch, primary, stator, etc.) get a large granite cutting board off amazon and stick sheets of sandpaper to them. That way when you resurface the covers (works on heads/rocker covers too) they will be perfectly flat. :) Keep up the good work!

I am currently on hold due to a motorcycle accident in which caused me to break my femur bone along side with my knee cap broken. I have about 7 screws and a rod in me at the moment and my recovery time is about 6-8 months. keep up the good work man I enjoy watching your videos
Man bro took my word away exact same thing I’m going through knee cap and femur replacement I’m on month 10 of my recovery time will get tough but therapy is key 2wheeling till I die 💪🏽

hello i love your videos and you are doing amazing work with these motorcycles. I have a question for you, in a video year ago you said that you had some company that straightens your bends in frames and etc, is it safe to straighten the frame and other things?
@@przemekkos3271 as all metals weaken when heated i would suggest otherwise because you dont just compromise the point that needs to be re straighten but the whole frame stretches when u straighten them..
@@przemekkos3271 think of it this way once you stretch a frame it might be straighten now and seem fine but you create weak points in the frame that apply pressure after stretching. And in time a new place will crack and endless repairs will occur in time. I know most people repair frames but they tend to sell the bike afterwards. And so eventually this bike would have passed 5 different people and no one would be blamed.

Hey man i would not suggest any frame repairs as aluminium become weaker when heated and stretched to position
