I had broken wheelbolts once on a saturday evening at the Ring, left the car in front Raeder Motorsport and they helped my Sunday morning right away for a very reasonable price!!
Tim/Shmee said that he felt his BMW Supra was nervous on the autobahn, so his car probably needs to be checked as well. Bloody good/important content Misha. Much kudos :)
This totally makes sense in terms of running the rear bearing housings without slack. i would think that given the cornering loads these bearing housings experience around the track you would definitely want to do that. It would be interesting experiment after installing a new bearing/bearing hub housing to measure the bearing runout new, and then over time as things wear to measure the runout as this definitely affects the alignment.
Bought a 2023 3.0 in Canada brand new and the right rear toe adjuster was loose and out of wack. After a performance alignment it was very nice to drive
Great tech reveal of your Supra's stock setup and the adjustments. This needs forwarded to Supra owners so they can be safe. Brutal that it was feeling unsafe on the high speed autobahn run out of the box. :-S
My 2020 Supra is needing new rear tyres very soon. I have always found the back end twitches a lot when putting down the throttle to the point on some bends it’s like I’m drifting. I’ll get the alignments done to these specs when the tyres are replaced. Thanks 😊
What's interesting to me is what they were saying on release: "our test driver this, our test driver that" , "no front strut bar cause he said the steering feels better without it" And now everybody is doing the opposite, changing suspension/alignment/adding strut braces. Isn't this car supposed to be more fine tuned suspension wise for the road and occasional track than lets say an M4?
For a well sort driver the 0 toe add to the drive, likely because it's going to be a rental ring car they have made it safer for less experienced drivers.
Oh, thats a very nice and interesting clip! Very useful for Supra owners! Looks like this car is the tuner car of the year! Yep, and one question: Supra is lighter than M2 and M4???
My brand new Toyota Supra 2020 pulls hard to the right when I straighten the steering wheel. Even when I set cruise control and auto lane correction and it keeps pulling to the right when I release the wheel to freely move on its own. The Toyota service manager denies this multiple times and swears on it. I am at a total loss on what to do now and refuse to spend money to have a 60k car drive straight and meet the fundamentals of a car period. Please, any advice?
My a90 stock rear toe was 1mm toe out and -1.9 camber on the left. 2 mm toe out and -1.7 camber on the right. I too feel like my rear end is very ‘lively’
I am surprised that the Supra was released to the public with the alignment like that. I wonder how many people are going to get into accidents because of it.
Jim Cole true, but as far as I’ve seen 90% of the owners are modding the crap out of their cars so I don’t think anyone is going to get killed by this issue. Ps still, it’s no excuse for the issue.
U keep teasing me misha. 3 years i been asking and no castle VLOGGGG ahhhh. LMAO. Thank u for all the great content, we missed u these past few weeks that u havent been Posting. More importantly though is the steering issue. I provided both you and Robert with links to the European Auto Group videos about the potentially catastrophic steering failure. I’m surprised you’ve ignored it completely.
Pretty sure Honda, Toyota and most of the big manufacturers always tweak suspensions so you’ll have to return to the dealer with complaint. That way they can tell you it’s your fault or bumpy roads. Then maybe point out a few more things that your new car needs. Nobody really gets their money’s worth.
Some say it's an advertorial, some say it's an indepth view into team Manthey, all we know: it's called a Misha vlog :D (Pun intended, well worth the money to have your car aligned properly, not by Kwikfit students, but by a pro!)

Can you tell anything about the subject “wintertyres” during the fact that a lot of people say you can have insurance issues during winterconditions.. referring to the rentalcars of the apex fleet.. ✌🏻
Hi!!! More than power, suspension and tyres make your car safer and faster! By the way Misha the Castle vlog is going to be done in the 30th of February!!! LOL

In the end it's designed as an road car, not a track car. The reason it has 0 toe in the rear is probably to save tires for example.
For a well sort driver the 0 toe add to the drive, likely because it's going to be a rental ring car they have made it safer for less experienced drivers.

Apex should buy a good amount of Enteiserspray (de-frost spray?).
Is the fuel in the tank taken in account for the weight distribution?
It does not matter that much because the conditions always fluctuate

Gooooooood morning Misha.
I belive they are good, but this is too much for an alignment.
If you don't mind my saying, this supra can evolve into a "baby" gt2 rs mr in the hands of raeder motorsport. Interesting project.
Alignment is more like maintenance than a mod
It would be maintenance if it needed to be realigned due to wear, it's a mod when you have to change it due to safety.
@@EtherGaming604 But you do maintenance for safety, ex. putting correct amount of pressure in tyres isn't a "mod" when its important for track safety
@@S3v3n13tt3r5 Unfortunately your example is still a modification....
@@EtherGaming604 If the pressure is oem it is not
The Supra is heavier than I imagined.
Ehm? It's lighter than a M2 CS!!! If I'm correct...😉
If the tank is full like the alignment sheet says, i really dont think this is that heavy for a modern car...sure i cannot say its a lightweight
Crazy cambers
I thought this is about adding a BMW badge on the car, very disapointed. :(
Just Kidding! Nice Video and good information about the wheel alignment.
Wonder why Toyota does this....
Anyone knows if the BMW has the same problem?

I wonder what 1mm toe in is, when it is converted to minutes and degrees.
Around 0.08 minutes depending on tyre diameter.
