I think you should also educate your viewers that the drop in battery health is not due to update but due to usage and the battery is recalibrated after every update and hence the drop in battery health at times which is pretty normal

Battery had swollen the next day making the screen pop out a little. Turned the phone off and straight away got the battery replaced from Apple.
