I am new to billing, but I have been a PSR for years this was such a great webinar. It really put together why what I do on the front is so important to happen on the back end (billing). do you think its right if a supervisor who's training a person, just gives them a half assed explanation and expect the new person on their own after two weeks? I feel sad and wanting to find another job.
This is so typical. It's just kinda the nature of the beast. Trial by fire. Learn from and remember each mistake. Don't take it personal. They are probably SLAMMED with their own role. Ya gotta kinda be self leading and ask a TON of questions before proceeding. Have them double check your work. DON'T GIVE UP ❤
