Hi Rob lovely finish on those fenders mate👌 the TE20 is a perfect cap if you are in the booth and are a pro painter like yourself as it gives a nice finish plus it will give you the OEM peel if needed but it does use a fair bit of air for the home/diy user, I do have the TE20 and it does the job but for me I prefer the T110 as I don't need a OEM finish. I've been fighting for the last couple of years to get rid of the unintentional OEM peel in my finishes so I'm in no hurry to put it back again!🤦♂😆😆
Used this gun with the TE20 & 1.3 nozzle @14psi to paint my buddies street bike candy red. And I did this in my garage.... Bike looks like it has a factory paintjob, mind you that was my first paintjob and it looks that good. That setup and gun are amazing!! I also have an old ass Craftsman 30gal 6hp from the 90s that my Father gave me. Only thing I've done to it is build an aftercooler for it. Hope you wear a full face when you spray clear in your cool little paint booth.

Hello, what do you recommend, iwata supernova ws400 hd 1.3, or devilbiss gti pro lite T20, T110 for varnish, and which one is more reliable...? Thank you!
Hi if you was going for an iwata ws I would go for the new version But if your thinking devilbiss go for the dv1 that's my go to clear coat gun with the c2 air cap the next option would be gti Pro lite with the t110 air cap .as for availability it depends on where your based 🤔
Hi Rob, have you used teh Devibliss SLG 610 at all? I want a budget spray or mini for spraying clear coat and possibly gesso/primer max size will be around A2, don't really intend doing that much with it so cheaper the better but still like a quality gun that works. I atm have a Sparmax 610plus which goes up to 40psi do you think this would be a good combo for finishing artworks off and just giving them the gloss factor? Thanks

Hi Rob, beginner here , I bought a devilbiss gti pro lite , I was told that 1.4 was a general purpose size , but after seeing some charts, will it be too wet ?will I be able to adjust ok it has a t110 air cap . I am painting some motorcycles and will be using a medium metallic basecoat and a red candy on one bike, the other is an old 49 matchless G80 so it's just gloss black . Will I have to buy a 1.3 ? Do you have to buy a matching needle or is that only if it's old and worn , appreciate any info , Cheers.

@dredfxcustompaint I was reading a post that the av,212,14 on the gti millennium spray clear like pure glass no orange peel, I just received my first devilbiss and it's and older model but from what I've read is still a very good gun, like I said before it's the GTI-620g and it came in a box woth 3 fluid tips but only 1 needle and the #2000 air cap I thought I'd have to change the needle with the fluid tip as well but it's saying it only comes woth the one needle and that you can switch between the 1.3 1.4 and 1.5 willing same needle

My opinion is that the TE10 lays flatter for clear coat. You gotta give it a try instead. Its a flat finish without trying.
