I love how Scooter isn’t the typical rock star with a trail of women. He is such a beautiful soul and I have had the great pleasure of meeting him. My favorite band ever 🖤🖤🖤
Hi Cold Im 30 years old, I bought 13 Ways to Bleed on Stage for the 1st time when I was 15 at the mall with my friends and to this day it's still one of my favorite albums. I made a picture of your spider on Roblox for everyone in the server to see lol. - I remember Sunday nights were terrible, thinking of all that tedious school work ahead of me, and that ominous purple night sky. All that I wanted to do was get a band or make some music and try to sell it, but instead, I went ahead through school and the tedium got to me worse and worse until I got older and found out that even if you think something is going to pay more, you have to do what you want to do and not please other people by living a lie and going through useless motions.
Dear cold, I wish I could meet you guys growing up in the 90s was hard but it had some of the most realistically music ever made. Being bullied and abused, you amongst a few others showed me I deserve to be on this earth. I just wanna say thank you! I wouldn't be here now if it wasn't for it words. I love u guys and wish I could think u in person its more personal and meaningful in person. Thank u.
Tammy Harris tammy you dont realliy look like the person to be bullied, judgjing from profile photo, but lookie here: growing in the 90s i guess was much different in your country. But either way. Just remember, when all the shit brokes down, when you dont wanna try anymore. You just live in spite for others you know? IN SPITE FOR OTHERS, FUCK EM.
Thanks. But I was bullied all through middle and high school. I'm different I'm not a preppy person I'm a metal head I love comics star wars comic con cosplay, horror movies. I also got bullied for being pretty as well and for being bisexual. But thank you and yes fuck them very much.
Tammy Harris Tammy, where are you from? I might have a way for you to meet them. My friend is actually their new bassist and when they start touring, I will get to hang out with all of them.
God I miss this band so much!!! Cold and Korn helped me so much when I was growing up. Their songs saved my life. It kept me going even when I wasn't feeling life. I wish I could tell them my story and tell them thank you for their music and for saving my life with their words and melodies. \m/ ❤ much love to anyone else these bands and other bands out there that has helped so many.
That's so cool..I'm spread the word they have two new singles.. so happy they are coming back..maybe u will get to see them and thank them personally..
Cold is still around. In fact, they're starting a 2 week encore tour for the 20th anniversary of "The Year of the Spider" tour that they had earlier this year.
I remember buying this cd in 8th grade and listening to it in my bedroom alone. I was bullied and mistreated as a youth and this type of music helped me deal with those demons of my past. THANK YOU COLD! Much Love to Tammy Harris too I have been there sista!
+kolz4ever1980 yeah because your life is just fucking roses i guess you should fuck off and then get real and go listen to another band this one doesnt suit you
I loved this CD back in high school. As soon as my friends and I could drive, we were rocking this CD every day after school! I love this video it totally reminds me of the style back then!! ❤️
Since 98 when we seen them I’m Jacksonville for the record release party at 5 points!!!! Still one of the best shows I’ve seen ever!! 13 ways to bleed on stage was a masterpiece for a bands first album.
I saw these guys in concert in March 2001 North Carolina, they opened for Staind and Godsmack they rock! the bass was so loud it made my chest vibrate.
I got my long sleeved shirt signed by Scooter at the same concert! we went for Staind and definitely Godsmack. it was the first time I ever heard Cold and I was hooked after that. 38 now and still listening.
Heres the lyrics. Everyone came around here Everyone else got sick And watched the clock tickin' slowly Everyone knew the ending Opened a bag of tricks And stumbled over their own They blew minds away Sort of the cripplin just like thunder And it's gone today I'm so happy that it's on It's the end of the world Well it's far away In a hurricane, twisting slowly Now it's gone today I'm so happy that it's on It's the end of the world My world, my love, my gun Now I'm all alone Kept the pain inside Wanna torch the world Cause I'm breathin fire My world, my love, my gun
Man, you guys are dark! Your music helped me through some really tough times! I saw a couple of your shows in Colorado Springs and in Denver! I hope that "COLD" is still rocking in 2017!
God, the late 90s and early 2000s were such a magical time to be alive. People looking stupid and badass at the same time experimenting all kinds of styles, not giving a shit. Dark and industrial, DVD coming around... My 31yo ass remembers it all so well. Good times. This song is my unofficial Resident Evil theme song btw
One of the best songs on one of the best albums of all time. This is one of those albums that I let chill for a while then come back to it and it still gives me chills to this day; not many other bands can do that.
Man for some odd reason I listen to this song when I feel like I've accomplished something that happens a lot even though that has nothing to do with the song or what it's about just for me personally
Being from Jacksonville this is my FAVORITE hometown band even more that limp bizkit! I would listen to them on planet radio in middle school...ugh the memories!!!
27 yo. I swear to god I remember listening to this exact track when I was 8 or 9 years old on my family's MP3 player... one of the early ones before the iPod... held like 12 songs. This was one of the songs on it that my dad must have loaded (in addition to Bullet with Butterfly Wings... only other song I can remember). I listened to this song on repeat so many times as a kid. It completely transported me to a different world and I knew I was in love. I long for that feeling again. It took me years to rediscover this song, I had no idea what the bands name was, song name, what ever. In my teen years I remember typing lyrics into Google but unfortunately there are so many songs with "end of the world" in it I didnt find it. One day in my mid 20s I heard this song come on the radio and used Shazam to figure it out. It was a really special feeling to have close the loop on a nearly lifelong mystery. This song reminds me of the early 2000s and what a special time that was. I wish i was a few years older so I could have been more of age to have appreciated it better, as I despised my late teens and the late 2000s which coincidentally marked the death of popular rock music as i grew up listening to. Crazy in retrospect to think that this is what popular music sounded like once upon a time. Really special moment. I dream of a resurgence of rock in the popular sphere. Until then you'll find me at indie shows (when corona blows over). Long live the early 2000s rock scene.
I'm 13 years old.I'm polish .i write the songs and one is on youtube .I wrote about cold that this is one of the band that inspired me to make my song. Thank you Cold .You make my songs better.
This is a very underrated album in my opinion. This pre-Y2K era is something I’ll never forget, and Jet Set-Radio made wicked even better. Still rocking in 2024…but this video is has definitely aged 🫠
jordan payne bayshore ny ive been through the worst of the worst but for the past 5 months ive been bed riddn at 15degree angle in hospital and now monday i leave to go to a rehab to learn how to walk again im going to either sink or swim this song and others from cold have pumped me up and gave me a new attitude thank u for music i hope this inspires others

I stand firm on Cold being one of the most underrated bands of all time.
And they are coming back. Cold dropped two new singles.. helping spread the word
They suck
It's like Bush turned goth pop
13 ways is one of the most underrated albums ever made....from front to back, perfection.
Puddle of Mudd
Staind
And of course, Cold
Limp Bizkit had a real eye for talent......They were all great.
I love how Scooter isn’t the typical rock star with a trail of women. He is such a beautiful soul and I have had the great pleasure of meeting him. My favorite band ever 🖤🖤🖤

Agreed. I bought this CD my Senior year back in 2002 on a trip to Washington D.C. and I've been listening to these guys ever since.
Scooter has on the most 90s pair of pants I've ever seen.
Man, I hadn't heard this song in a long time..... ✨💙✨
I always thought this song had one of the best choruses I've ever heard. And it still lives up to the hype.
First time hearing now🤘

Hands down ONE of the best albums ever. Underrated like a M.F.
2017 and this song still rocks! Plus I had it in my head all day long on November 9, 2016
Heres the lyrics.
Everyone came around here
Everyone else got sick
And watched the clock tickin' slowly
Everyone knew the ending
Opened a bag of tricks
And stumbled over their own
They blew minds away
Sort of the cripplin just like thunder
And it's gone today
I'm so happy that it's on
It's the end of the world
Well it's far away
In a hurricane, twisting slowly
Now it's gone today
I'm so happy that it's on
It's the end of the world
My world, my love, my gun
Now I'm all alone
Kept the pain inside
Wanna torch the world
Cause I'm breathin fire
My world, my love, my gun
Damn boi this song it's still relevant until now
If people only knew how relevant this is right now. I hope you all are ready for what is on the way.

I saw Cold, Staind, Systematic, and Godsmack in Shreveport Louisiana, in 2001. They were the definite highlight of the entire show. Bad ass band
