A relatively quick and easy thing to check and adjust to make sure your machine is running 100%. It DEFINITELY makes a difference. If you have any ideas for future videos just let us know down in the comment section.
Great tip, just adjusted mine. much better throttle response.
The nuts on my cable fell off after a couple weeks me buying it. Took a couple minutes to figure out where the nut laying on the floorboard went. When I started it up it all came together! 🤦♂️😂 I check it often now. 👍
Awesome! Great, simple, helpful tip!
Thanks!
Appreciate the video.
Thank you.
Glad to help!
Maybe y’all could do a video on how to check the valve clearance as recommended in the manual.
Awesome videos. I love the Kawi KRX. Are you planning on a tuner?
We have a reflash from alba racing now, but gonna try the Complete Offroad Powersports Services flash next.
How well is the new clutch weights working would love to get some more power. Any suggestions thank you the videos are very helpful
They are working great! Got pre orders on the website now.
Check out deranged off roads video on how much of a difference. 2+ seconds 0-60
For whatever reason my machine is idling high, hard to get into gear. Does this have something to do with that?
Have you removed the primary spring with the clutch weights? Just received my weights this past week, but been too damn busy to install them yet. Just wondered what your thoughts are on the spring removal.
I have not. If you just wanna cruise dirt roads and have low rpm its fine to remove it. If you ride hard and want performance out of your machine, its not the way to go to be honest. Performance will suffer significantly.
I’ve never like the idea of removing the primary spring. As stated above, your machine will sacrifice somewhere by doing so.
I have a question so my krx has a like squealing noise when I’m at 4000rmps and it only around there do you know what it could possibly be ?
Is it at steady throttle? Or under acceleration? Which part of the machine does it appear to be coming from?
@@rightcoastoffroad it’s coming from the rear of the machine it’s only on acceleration when I hit 4000 rpms it does it but when i go up to abt 5000 it goes away
Pull the clutch box cover and blow it out really well. Check your belt for any obvious signs of wear. Does it also do it in reverse ?
@@rightcoastoffroad it does not do it in reverse I was thinking it was my belt cause I need a new one which is on order rn thank you I’ll pull the belt box cover off and blow it out when the belt comes in thank you again
Any info?I got the same noise
So how long till the clutch weights are back in stock
We are doing pre-orders on the website now. Kits will start shipping next week.
@@rightcoastoffroad can’t wait to get these!
You know damn well no one can find a 10mm in their garage.
I buy about 7 a year
That’s the truth!...They must have legs.
Is it bad for it if you tighten it to much?
yes, if you get it too tight the idle will be too high and it will be hard to shift
Mine looks nothing like that
You probably have a 2023 or newer model. 2020 to 2022 had a throttle cable to the tps like in the video. 2023 and up have the whole assembly on the floor.
It sounds like it’s coming from the back
