We were all excited about Spencer's sophomore season. Either he didn't put in the work or teams figured out how to rattle Rattler. From Lincoln Riley's words he says Spencer has always been a team player but could be distracted by the NIL. That alone could be the main reason for his downfall. Don't know, but I'm just glad we had a Caleb Williams to rescue us from the Longhorns. Great recruiting and even better than expected play from Williams. Spencer will be fine whether he goes or stays.

He had more physical talent than the others on the field but does not show the leadership quality that makes others around him want to play better . I know he is still just a kid but I hope he can mature and become the leader they need .

I think he was able to put athlete everyone in high school. The guy isn’t playing the best defenses either. Lack of arm strength is something I noticed as well. Doesn’t have a weak arm. But nothing special.
