Yoo, the threshold should be set in you e-kit:) It might be something you can do in Logic, I don't know actually. But you should be able to do it in your drumkits module. This way the MIDI note doesn't even get sent to Logic. Cheers!

Nick how do you keep your master volume from clipping whenever it’s pushing the output into the red? Do you just use a limiter on the master chain or does it has to do with the way you have your volumes set up?
This one of those riffs that's really cool, because you can change the entire context with what's played underneath. I do this myself sometimes. I have a 7-string riff in 7/8 that, due to context, is the following chords:
Bmaj11, D#7#9, F#11, Bmaj11, Gsus2(b5), Bmaj7sus4, Em/maj7, D#7#9, F#11, F#13, Gsus2(b5), Bmaj7sus4, C#m13, Gsus2(b5), and Bmaj7sus4. (Yes, I like using multiple tracks to imply "Jazz chords".)
What the guitar plays never changes. It's the same riff for the whole song section. But synthesizer and the bass guitar change the context.

My ONLY gripe with Kiesel is that they use a plate-mounted jack instead of a flush-mounted jack. With a price tag like that, I think a flush-mounted jack would be a no-brainer. Other than that, their stuff is consistently incredible
