Nothing has ever beat FRIENDS all these years later. They are still mine and millions of others favorite show. The writing and acting was perfect! Perfectly cast and perfectly written. 20 years later and NOTHING comes even close to how EPIC Friends was and I feel like will always be.

seriously though, Monica/Courtney is the kind of person who literally will look good with any hair. when you have the fortune to be very attractive you can really pull off anything. personally i love girls with short pixie hair cuts but not everyone can pull them off.

Phoebe could have saved Monica's hair by giving her the pixie cut that Demi Moore had in "Ghost." That way Monica would have technically gotten what she wanted. Besides, I thought Demi Moore pulled off that hairstyle, and I think Monica would have too. Oh well. At least she grew her hair back out.

Courtney Cox probably went to the producers to ask for permission to get a shorter hairstyle, which she does have in subsequent episodes. The producers probably thought they could have fun with this and said yes. LOL

Can we forget about the horrible haircut and rather appreciate how much of a good friend Phoebe was ? She cut Monica's hair the way she thought Monica asked. Even though she must have found it horrible too, she raised no objection and complied without a second thought, she didn’t even ask Monica if she was SURE she wanted her to cut her hair like this.
