They get away with it because there's no discipline for a person who lies.
They don't care if they get caught in lies because the producer pays the plaintiff anyways. They don't lose any money. They just don't want to look stupid on TV, that's all.
You can only get way with this type of behavior for so long... but when it catches up with you, it puts a dirty dog down.

Here in Norway, we are not allowed to own pit bulls, but what I can tell you is that in the last 50 years all deadly dog attacks have been by polar dogs like huskies. and the retriever they are talking about really looks like it is at retriever husky mix.and they have a nasty reputation too.

agreed and pit bulls aren't on the top of the list for aggressive dogs, but golden retrievers are. The problem is when you have a big dog or a dog that can cause injury you have to put in the work to train them and people dont seem to and they go aww why did my dog suddenly turn? because you let them run riot like a spoiled kid and now they think their alpha. People just want cute puppies and no work so lazy. when dog is trained right they are the most loyal protective animals going x
@@chloecollick7384 a big problem, too, is that a lot of awful people buy certain breeds to fight or to use as tools instead of as parts of their family :( . My friend rescues pitbulls in particular because the breed is mistreated so often. It's nice to see more people like you and other commenters putting the (rightful) blame on bad owners instead of breeds ❤️.

That defendant in the first case has no behavior in court. My goodness. Talking over the judge, asking the judge if she’s finished, arguing with the plaintiff .. smh rude as hell.. and you can tell she lies smh. The judge should have granted the full 3k the plaintiff asked for just because of the plaintiff attitude.

Jude Fenwick what was petty was that it’s a counter sue for something that has nothing to do with the situation. She new she was lying so she should have started a whole other lawsuit because who in their right mind would award you that counter sue after you’ve been lying the entire time in court. She’s lucky she didn’t get charged for perjury

C K a portion of the payments were for insurance. Judge faith said she wasn’t going to grant her the money for the insurance paid because she was using it and needed it while driving it. The difference was the money she got back for payments toward the car.

After paying for the car, the previous owner STOLE it back. This is the only case I disagree with The Judge. She should’ve gotten all her money back from what she paid. Fuck the blue book value. I can buy a $30 pair of shoes and sell them for $1000 If I want.

The defendant's story fell apart the minute the hand-writing expert confirmed that it WAS INDEED her signature on the bill of sale. The plaintiff had a bill of sale. She has proof of making the payments. Rightfully, the car belongs with her. I think something happened and the defendant took the car back.

The most violent dog I've known was a border collie, which is a dog most people would never suspect of being violent. A over protective owner was the one who was hurt the most. But putting a dangerous dog 1st over your family especially young children is crazy. Saddest was the owner blamed everyone but the dog. It's the owners who need punishing.
