This one is the favourite side dish along with rice, fish curry or lentil soup for Bengalis (Indian). My mom used to make this for me and warn that too much oil is bad for your liver, so have it occasionally. Even today i prepared this and thought about other parts of the world who like this food, so came here.❤
Just missing minimal description of what I’m seeing like how long to cook the potatoe shreds and the oil temperature simple stuff like that but its pretty straightforward I guess🙇🏻♂️😬 Good video tho 👍🏻
