Thanks for your recipe. I made according your video. Its crispy outside but the centre in middle not crispy. I put in oven another 5 minutes but centre still not crispy. Can help give advise what is problem?
These are my advices: 1. Brush egg wash less or evenly. 2. Don't roll too tight. 3. Extend baking time. every oven condition is different. 4. Extend the air dry time.
