These dramas are economically made that's why you're getting "same storyline". If you'll notice many actors are the same and its probably not even their voices. Many Chinese dramas use voice actors. If you have Netflix, Prime or Viki you can get better Korea, Chinese, Thai dramas. Depending on your location. And just an fyi these same dramas are usually "subscription only". Very expensive so I feel as though I'm getting a good deal. 😊
@jacklyngastler8067 Oh, I know. I just go through the canned dramas until I get tired of watching that storyline and then move on to a DIFFERENT overused storyline, lol. I usually watch Viki, TenCent, or Asian Crush if I want to see some unique shows.

This is the worst version yet. The acting was flat. I hate when the lead becomes the bully. You cannot feel any empathy for the FL. There are ways to get revenge without stooping to their level. However, the wardrobe people did a great job. I love the headdresses the ladies are wearing, and the dresses and jewelry are not the same ones recycled from a dozen other C-dramas.
