I want to have normal CC. Now i have to worry about taking over early enough so not to lose all of my kinetic energy...turn off the smart bit !

Is it possible to shut off the "smart" part and just have the old fashioned cruise control?

I came here for this. Unfortunately I think they prevent you to do that. So when you have a dumb driver cutting you off it basically breaks for you without you having a say. I want CC, not SCC !
