How to Set Up Gymnastic Rings (EASY | STEP BY STEP)

As someone who once struggled setting up rings, I figured I'd make a quick and simple tutorial on how to set up your rings. Easy 6 steps to follow and you should be good!
You'll come across two different types of cam buckles, I show how to set up your rings with both of them.

It is an affiliate link so of course it would be very much appreciated if you use it, but I suggest to look around first to find any other pair of rings that you think will best suit you. The reasons I enjoy mine is because it's durable (3+ years), 15ft straps to work with for higher anchor points, and the wooden rings make it easier for me to maintain my grip. Enjoy the Process. Didn't think this would help me much but the fact that the strap could go out of the buckle that easily if set up from the wrong direction was helpful to see instead of experience. What I struggle with is making sure the rings are even. Wish I had gotten a numbered strap.
