I love David Arora's common sense approach to the mushroom world...'Mushrooms Demystified' is still one of my go-to books! I'm going to check out that article for sure and thanks for sharing that. I've been blessed genetically with a strong stomach it seems as I love Ramarias and haven't had a problem with any of the mushrooms that can 'cause digestive distress'. I haven't tried botrytis yet but thank you for the info and I hope you enjoy it!
