today I am showing you my perfected morning routine, complete with all the steps necessary to become the highest version of yourself and live your best and happiest life 🤍 it includes healthy morning habits, yoga, skincare, oral care, morning journaling, making lemon water, taking a morning walk, gratitude journaling, making tea, goal setting, productivity tips, doing computer work, working out and doing pilates, taking a shower, a self care haul, and doing a face mask. I also show you how I romanticize winter and make the most of these cold and dreary days.

That was such a beautiful video, thank you for that! ❤ I just wanted to touch on the lemon water thing. There is actually no scientific proof whatsoever of lemon water being beneficial for you health other then the vitamins a lemon naturally gives you. Especially not in the morning. Lemon water helping you detoxify, speeding up you metabolism or helping you digest food are just myths with no proof behind them or they even have been disproven. So if lemon water is tasty to you and you like the aestetic go for it, since it doesn't do you any harm. But if you want to support your stomach, a glass of lukewarm water will be way more beneficial. ❤️
