Lily, I regularly suffer from a bad back and I sometimes use a tens machine to help me get through the days when I still need to be active and get stuff done - It just allows your muscles to relax a little as being constantly tense can be exhausting. I hope you recover soon x

My youngest son is 5. My oldest is 7 and I've had one night away with my husband in that time!!! While I was in hospital having my second son!!

As a long time sufferer of back pain ask your dr for naproxen. It’s an anti inflammatory and the only thing that worked for me xx
your back pain sounds like night shade issues hubby unable to move had eaten lots of bell peppers and tomatoes = night shade veg. removed from diet now 100% better

I don't think it is a 'first world problem' - all parents need a break from their kids no matter where you live, and ironically in the West many couples have less input from the wider family than they do in the majority world where there's often a wider extended family structure living with or beside each other.
It's a shame about your weekend plans but a good idea to have a back up child care plan in future, especially when large costs are involved. Of course if it was one of the kids, or one of you, had become ill you'd be in the same situation. Tho I am surprised you'd booked to go away when it was Grey's gymnastic show

Why are your titles so long, your videos are coming across very samey now.
Hard to pin point one thing in a long video with lots of different things happening. And without being click bait but also making people want to watch.
