14 years!! I remember discovering you about 11/12 years ago when I was a very young teenager, scared to start wearing makeup. I think you’d only uploaded about 10 videos at the time. You used to make me beg my parents to buy me the products you recommended. I remember you recommended a YSL foundation once and I was the only 13 year old boy at school whose parents was buying them YSL bloody foundation 😂 and I remember you had a very specific Cath Kidston bedspread in the back of your videos at the time and I got them to get me one of those too. And then I went to London Fashion Weekend in about 2014 and bumped into you and felt so starstruck. I still have the photo we took together somewhere I’m sure. I commented on every video and you did a Q&A once about 10 years ago and when you answered my question, you said “Shaun - who is a very frequent commenter on my channel” and I thought it was the coolest thing ever. I don’t think I’ve commented on a UA-cam video in about 5 years but just wanted to say thank you for sharing your life and interests and helping me to refine mine in accordance. You’ve been such a formative part of my life growing up without me even realising it until now and I’m so grateful you’re still here, uploading and writing, to this day 😊

I especially like that you‘re not trying to be perfect. You‘re not eating always healthy or exercise 7 days a week. It’s so much more relatable to me. Also I love your style. Hello from Northern Canada! I’ve been watching you since around 2013 when I started wearing makeup and getting into beauty… I was in my late 20s at the time, and now in my late 30s! I feel we have matured together, I had 2 kids at nearly the same time as yours (have a newborn third now too lol). I love how your content has changed to more kid and family-focused as our lives have changed together as well - but still enjoy the beauty and fashion content mixed in too :)

Also, I’ve gone a little old school! I use a straightener typically to wave my hair, but these days I keep a 1 inch curling iron near by to touch up waves!

I wear Armani Luminous Silk every day, with Hourglass blush and bronzer over the top. Perfect combo, IMO! The Hourglass products don't look powdery at all. I prefer a powder blush and bronzer b/c I think it's easier to control the amount you're using.

Hey Lily! Have you looked into bio straightening for you hair. I think our hair textures are similar and it’s changed my life! I used to wake up with hair like yours and had to work so hard to control it. Now I can just wake up and go! I live in Australia but I’m sure there would be hair stylists that provide this service in London.
Loved watching since 2015. I liked your comments about skincare and ageing, that’s all most of us can do, all the treatments offered to other creators does make them abit less relatable now. I get it, why wouldn’t you do a treatment if offered, but most people just can’t afford to maintain that, so good regular skincare routine is as good as it gets, for me anyway. X

Not sure what year it was but I started watching ‘what I heart today’ when you lived at your mams with Rich. Not gonna lie I used to think you were a little snobby 😂 but I think it’s just how personalities come off online to some people. I could be wrong but I feel like you've mentioned before about your natural hair texture - which is either wavy or curly? If that's the case have you though about embracing your natural hair type and wash/style according to hair type? Instead of using a hair tool which uses high heat and doesn't hold the shape you want?... 😊

I use skin+me and I thought I was told to use basic cream skincare and definitely no acid? You seem to use loads of skincare! I suppose it depends on your prescription?
I use skin me too. You are supposed to use basic products to go along with your daily doser. I think they only use about 4 or 5 different ingredients across everyone’s prescription it could be less.

I stop because i was getting the desire to get pregant but since social media can influence a lot i need yo stay away from that kind of content. Turns out i really wanted a kid.
