I had the same issues installing my new floor with the curvature of the body. Finally installed the floor by dropping it down on the new frame. It looks easy till you have to do it in the Florida heat. Thanks for sharing.
I've been watching you guys for about a year and a half now since your trip in the UP with Rob and his suburban. I'm loving watching the evolution of the vehicles you guys have been using. I can't wait to see this camper on the road. Probably not as much as you. But I'm still stoked! I hope to get to wheel with you guys if you make it back to the UP in the future. Happy trails and safe journeys fellas!
Henry, I have to say I feel better you cutting a 100 series vs an 80 series for this. There are way more on the road of the 100 series Toyota and Lexus LX. If there is anyway you can modify it to change the timing belt easier, that would be golden. It could be a million mile camper.
So is you can find a way to upgrade the clutch fan to a electric fan assembly. Then upgrade the radiator. Find a way to make that one assembly come in and out easier from the engine bay. Who knows you could sell the idea to a company and fund your travels.
It's a shame they've sold you this expensive marine grade plywood all bent up... I hate it when I'm going to buy wood, they want to charge a premium and then its all bent up and twisted...
Love watching Henry work. He's very entertaining . Can't wait to see it finished. Jesse keep up the good work.

Henry sounds straight up defeated by the end of this episode. Can’t wait to see it finished!

Let's hope the marine grade plywood lasts 10x longer for the 10x price 😅
