TRICHUR KHAN - Hi Trichur I m from Bangalore....last year we did a trip to Nepal , but this May we are planning to go to Bhutan ...and I am landing in Kolkata ....We are 5 -6 and want to do a road trip to Bhutan from Kolkata (by 4 wheeler ) Do you know anyone in your circles who can help us with the same .
We completed our tour to Nepal just few days ago. You will find our photos on facebook, trichurkhan very soon. The video will release at the end of May 2013.
I am from Sialkot, Pakistan.. Good........... You have traveled a long way from Kolkata to Bhutan, but showed only road travel and shouldn't it be interesting if you added clips of your stay, eating, sleeping, sight seeing on the road side, camping or hotel-ling etc., throughout your travel.
My Video is to help people as a guide who would like to go for adventure. Your comment is very much valid. I respect your valuable comment. But I had a limitation of 15minutes video length. So, it was very much difficult to show any more clips within this period. I also have another video of Nepal in the link "ua-cam.com/video/XL-ZI28qWMA/v-deo.html". We also have a Website "k.c.r.tripod.com" where you find more details about Hotels, Budget, etc. Thanks for your valuable suggestion.
Hi Trichur, Can you please give some details about any visa procedures you had to go through to go to and come back Bhutan. I am pretty sure being an Indian citizen we don't need one. But did the Bhutanese government/customs ask you to pay any sorts of fees? Please let me know. And, you have a great channel. Really like all your videos!
Tejesh Kumar Bagul You have to take a entry permit from Phuentsholing, Voter Card or Ration Card or PAN Card is enough to take that Permit. Voter Card is preferred. If you have your own Vehicle then you have to take separate Permit from RSTA office in Phuentsholing. They will charge a very minimal amount for that. We paid Rs. 124/- for two Motorcycles for Seven Days in 2011. RSTA Office opens at 9 or 9:30am. That is first come first serve. Hope this will beneficial for you. Please feel free to ping for any other query. Good luck.
TRICHUR KHAN Wow. Only Rs.124 for 2 bikes. I saw some documentaries where UK and US citizens were charged 250USD for one day. Being an Indian has a lot of benefits I guess :D Thanks for the help my friend.
Tejesh Kumar Bagul Entire Bhutan survives with the help of India. The complete Border security is under Indian Army. Thus they give a lots of benefit to Indians.
videos is very good, but your music is ruining it..... change ur music it will be great then...ur music is of action or fighting scene music not a music for enjoying the ride in the majestic mountains of Bhutan.... hope you don't mind.....
