Florence was a beautiful city with lots to do and see. Very walkable.
Our bnb was close to the main square with a restaurant right across the street with caffe available in the morning.
We took a cooking class that was amazing. The chef explained everything and answered all our questions.
We also visited the Accademia Gallery with the statue of “David”. A must see museum.
We used Get your Guide for both the cooking class and museum. We booked ahead of time and prices were reasonable. You can cancel up to the day before if need be. Just be careful as some of the admission prices are extra cost in addition to cost of tour. We used the Skip the Line for the museum. We also had trouble paying on line through the GET YOUR GUIDE app.

The Academia museum was my fave in Florence! Such a beautiful city! The music is perfect Susie! 😊

How is the weather there and is it a busy these days?
It is getting busier. My suggestion is to start early visiting any place in Italy. Less people. Get the earliest reservation time as possible.
The weather was great. Not too hot yet. Just a little rain one day.
