I went on a tour of the building a couple of years ago and learned that Lord Leverhulme liked to sleep in the open so his bedroom was in a roof area, like a room but only half covered with glass. The glass seems to have gone but I couldn't make out the bed and bath he had out there too. That room may look like nothing has been done because for the most part it was like that anyway.
Nick. It could take months possibly over a year. Because of insurance and English Heritage. I've worked in hotels that are listed buildings. It's a pain.
Funny how a lot of these old buildings historically succumb to a fire. I've been looking at a lot of these structures on my channel and none of them jive with the official stories of when they were built and by whom....love your videos by the way..😎🙏
