GuilmonLover2010 have you tried finding a swedish fonetic alphabet typewriter or so? also google translate has the option to listen to how words are pronounced
Swedish phonetics isn't so hard, if it is a standartised Swedish (the song is sang in it). Very roughly and inaccurate (Svenskar, som kan lässa det, förlåt mig, om jag har många fel. Den sista gången pratade jag svenska var för 5 år sedan / Swedes, that may read it, sorry if I have many mistakes or inaccuacies. The last time I've spoken Swedish was 5 years ago) : ä - a like in English "apple"/"apricot". å - very dark "o", like in the word "lock" (in British RP, it is "o", that has nothing similar with "a"). ö - the sound may be slightly compared with the sound of "u" in the word "turn". IPA for it is "œ". u - may be read like u in the word sugar, may be a bit softer, like German "ü". Digraph "sj" is read like dark "h", or like spanish j (again i'm quite inaccurate). "y" is also pronounced like German ü, IPA: "ʏ". Once again sorry for the lots of inaccuracies The link for the text is here (the first link in Google search request): iomediax.ru/abba/dancing_queen_p%C3%A5_svenska_dans_drottning/ Have fun)
The emotional pull in Swedish is indescribable. Beautiful
I'm learning Swedish...I love this language and love ABBA more ❤
May I ask why you are learning Swedish of all languages? Anyway, lycka till!
