- Wondering what you need to go hunt some bushy tails? Fear not! I have created this video guide! Keep in mind, you'll need a wheel barrel if you want to bring EVERYTHING, but here's some good foundational STUFF to get you started.
These are honestly the best squirrel hunting tips I’ve ever heard. I do a lot of these already but I’ll definitely be doing more of them.

Truck setup is just what I do too. Cooler, water container, cutting surface. Game shears are for the win all the time. Thanks
Old school small game vest or a turkey vest are the best for squirrel hunting. The turkey vest because they have a comfortable seat for when sitting is the best option and a small game vest for when walking is the best method
You are correct. Both shotguns can take the weather but must be cleaned immediately after the hunt if they get wet. But like you said yours is more weather resistant than the wood furniture model of your dad's.

TP, I've gone in the woods wearing socks, and come out of them with none. Nice video, squirrel season is coming up here in Mississippi and I'm looking at using public land for the first time, seeing how my ten acres only holds so many squirrels.

Cool. I'm moving to TN soon. We have snakes in California too but I have never seen anyone wear gaiters. I may be the only one soon.
It depends where you’re hunting. If your going to be close to water sources watch out for cottonmouth (aka water moccasin). They like to sun themselves on the banks of creeks and other water sources.

Iagree 99% with what u said agood 22 when leavesare off trees iperfer mossburg410 wen leaves are on trees my parants gave me 22 4 christmas present when i was 10 to help put meat on table back in the 70's kids not that responsible now it was a different x then in upper mich.everybody walked around with guns crime unhurd of never locked doors untill we moved if mom didn,t kill u i would such different times thats why we call them good old days uring your hunting licence taught in school was a right of passage kids will never understand now!!!
