Nope cloths come out nice qn clean beter then qny crazy he washer will ever do an these are acualy more water saving cause you can reuse the water 2 or 3 times depending how merkey the water is the dirty water in it dosent affect the cloths qn these washers don't take a hour for these things to clean I put heavily dirt curtains that had alot of niciten on them it cleaned it in 14 mins

I remember my mom having one of these when I was little. Amazing that people are still using them in this day and age.

I belive the gryofoam action was for the Westinghouse house automatic washers
I have some maytag motors and want to get a maytag washer eventually.
