I'm not sure if they ship worldwide but there's a company called Clever Little (I think their website is HeyCleverLittle) who do bulk organic tampons without applicators

The period company now has junior period underwear for teens, for those who want to avoid tampons all together, as well as for women. I think they have a 50% off sale for Mother's Day. They're free of PFAS, too!
