And I thought the 40 miles I had to drive to town were bad lol. I’ve been using the physicians formula cleansing balm and I feel like it’s too drying on my skin. I have super dry and sensitive skin and it seems to be too harsh for me. I’d like to try the new drunk elephant one. I have been really liking the tatcha cleansing oil and I think I’ll switch back to that.

I have a fear that so much of what I want from the Sephora sale is going to be sold out before the sale or as it goes live, so now I have to take my lists that I make when watching your vids and decide if I want to risk not getting something. May have to make a small purchase before the sale. I feel you on the drive to town length. I live 125 miles one way from Spokane, Washington and 128 miles one way from Missoula, Montana. So, going to the city to shop is an all day thing. Frequently, I will just make a night of it and stay in town so that I can actually have a nice meal, maybe go to a movie, shop for things other than makeup, etc.

I received my besame bronzer and powder in the mail last week and am so pleased with the products. The attention to detail is lovely. And the compacts feel substantial in my hands. If you HAD to pick between Farmacy Green Clean and Drunk Elephant Slaai, which one would you choose? I absolutely love the Farmacy one but with the sale coming up, not sure which one to get now.
I use my Marc Jacobs Gilty highlighter frequently. The new one is pretty on you, way too light for me. I missed the Besame sale I had that eye shadow palette in my cart and am sorry I didn't buy it!!.Besame doesn't make their face products inclusive enough for my med-dark skin but I do love the packaging. Great haul!!

Hey Tara! On Mark Jacobs ig they commented a reply to someone saying that it is similar or a dupe to the Chanel Camelia highlighter. Which makes me think it was intentional on Mark Jacobs part. Interesting about the texture though. Idk if I will get it because of that. Those NARS palettes are 😍😍😍 Thanks for the video Tara!
I think the nars palettes look beautiful but I am probably too dark for the bronzer and I don't really wear highlighter on my face because I have oily skin.

If you like that exfoliant and you haven't already you must try the Age Smart Daily Superfoliant (not be confused w/ the microfoliant) by Dermalogica. Get the $20 travel size. It works sooo good. It's a powder aha. Def make sure you add a lil water but not much and follow the directions bc if you get the water to powder ratio just right it works amazing.

You need something more on the stiff side. Supposedly, the Linda Hallberg 306 brush is supposed to be good with those types of formulas according to Mel Thompson. She generally seems to have good opinions on things. They sell Linda Hallberg on Beauty Bay and they are having a pretty good sale this weekend as well.
A more stiff natural bristle brush works best for me :) If you have tried for awhile with no luck there is a good chance that they have created some hard pan by now, so scraping that off with either a qtip or spoolie should help. xx

Mix the two Marc Jacob highlighters!!! They would probably make a gorgeous color and maybe you would get more use out of the darker shade.
